This short recording reflects on reconnecting with our intuition by slowing down, listening inwardly, and trusting subtle signals that often get drowned out by noise and busyness. By practicing presence and self trust, intuition will gently become a practical tool for clarity, alignment, and more authentic choices.

Welcome!

In this track we're going to talk about connecting with your intuition.

When people hear the word intuition,

They often think of something mysterious.

But intuition isn't magic and it isn't a superpower.

It's your brain quietly processing experiences,

Patterns and emotions faster than your conscious thoughts.

It's something you already used and you might not trust it yet.

Intuition is a subtle sense that something feels right or off,

Even when you can't fully explain why.

So what does intuition feel like?

Intuition is usually calm and clear,

Not loud and not panicked.

Fear is urgent and dramatic,

But intuition is steady,

Simple and often shows up as a quiet yes or no,

A feeling of ease or tightness in your body.

It could be a thought that keeps returning without force.

If it feels rushed,

Anxious or pressured,

That's usually not intuition,

It's stress.

So why is it that we can lose touch with our intuition?

It is because that we are trained to overthink everything in this world,

Ask everyone else for their opinions,

Ignore our body signals.

We move too fast to notice how we actually feel inside.

Over time we stop checking with ourselves.

So what must we do to try to reconnect with our intuition?

We can slow down just a little.

We do not need to be in a meditation retreat,

We just need to pause before reacting.

We can take a few deep breaths and that can be enough to hear our own thoughts.

We can check on our bodies.

How does this feel in my body?

Notice the tension,

The heaviness,

The lightness or the calm your body knows before your mind catches up.

We can ask simple questions.

Instead of over analyzing things,

We can try and ask,

Does this feel right for me?

If no one else had an opinion,

Why would I choose?

We can notice the patterns and think back.

When did you ignore a gut feeling and regret it?

When was that moment when you trusted it and things actually worked out?

This builds confidence in your inner signals.

By creating quiet moments,

Intuition will whisper.

Take some walks,

Shower,

Journaling or quiet time to help keep intuition in the surface.

So how do we start practicing and trusting it?

My suggestion is that we should all start small.

Use intuition for low-risk choices,

What to say yes to,

When to rest and who to spend time with and reflect on it afterwards.

You may look back and ask yourself how did that choice feel and learn from your reflection without pressuring yourself for perfection.

Try to balance intuition with logic.

Intuition doesn't replace thinking.

We have to try to work with it.

Feel it first and then think clearly.

When intuition is especially helpful,

It's when we need to set boundaries,

When we choose relationships,

When we make decisions that don't have the right answers.

It is also knowing when something doesn't align with your values.

That's when intuition speaks the loudest.

As we come to the end of the talk,

I would like to leave you with this gentle reminder.

Intuition doesn't mean never being wrong.

It means that we have to listen to ourselves with honesty and respect.

It does not provide certainty but it can enhance self-trust.

The more you pause,

The more you notice and the more you reflect,

You will find the clearer your intuition will become.

Thank you for listening today.

Sending you love and light.

Namaste.
