Hello,
Beautiful beings.
Welcome to the Turn Yourself In podcast,
A self-mastery preschool for adults program providing bite-sized secrets,
Reflections,
And exercises to know,
Love,
And heal thyself,
And to be happy,
Healthy,
Helpful,
And holy.
Together,
We will zoom into your deepest,
Most expansive,
And highest self to gain self-mastery.
This is Reverend Catherine Gann of Soto.
Thank you for being and for being here with me today.
In the previous episode,
We explored the third consideration within the Master Your Environment's dimension called Master Your Inner Environments or Inner Relationships.
And in this 17th episode,
We will explore the fourth consideration within the Master Your Environment's dimension called Master Your Outer Relationships.
As always,
First prepare your environment.
Turn on your receiving mechanism and prepare the tools you use to learn.
Turn on your favorite healing sounds,
Receive your favorite essential oils,
And prepare to absorb what you wish.
Receive a deep,
Nourishing breath and state aloud,
I choose to receive,
Profound and transformational,
Epiphanies,
Insights,
And peacefulness,
With ease and grace.
I choose to receive,
Profound and transformational,
Epiphanies,
Insights,
And peacefulness,
With ease and grace.
Master Your Outer Relationships.
Create space and time for and honor your outer relationships.
One could argue that your outer relationship and environment is the same as your inner.
But for the sake of this writing,
We will define things external to the physical body in which your spirit and soul resides as your outer environment.
These outer environments and relationships are important to your existence and your evolution as a being.
If they are not healthy,
It will impact your inner environment.
Get curious,
Study,
Watch,
And listen to what each of your outer environments and relationships are communicating with and teaching you.
There is so much wisdom and many reflections from your outer environments if you listen and receive.
Identify what part of your outer environments,
Such as relationships with family or friends,
Partners,
Co-workers,
Or the earth,
Are or are not in harmony with the being that you are in present time.
What are the experiences that you called to you,
Showing you about the oneness,
The unity of your relationships?
Here are some questions to ask.
What does this environment feel and appear like?
Is it healthy?
What is healthy to you and for you?
How do you feel about this outer environment?
How do you respond to this outer environment?
What do you allow yourself to receive from this outer environment?
What do you allow yourself to give to this outer environment?
What is the vibration of your giving?
Does it bother you,
Move you to joy,
Move you to tears,
Or move you to fears?
That movement is of your choosing.
How can you align with peace of mind and move with gentleness and harmony with these environments?
How can you communicate and relate in harmony with these environments?
Do you desire harmony in these environments?
Always ask yourself,
What is this teaching me?
What am I learning about myself,
About our self,
And the our and the unity of the relationship?
What do I desire and what is mine to do?
How shall I be?
How shall I choose to relate?
Is there something I can bring or communicate to this environment that is supportive and nourishing knowing that this environment includes me?
Contemplate the following.
Something of your outer environment is calling for attention.
This can be a relationship with another being,
An organization,
The earth,
Or any of her elements,
The universe,
Or even source.
Contemplate what is going on in these outer environments and your contribution to it.
Observe your relationship with the earth,
This world,
The country in which you reside,
The state or city in which you reside,
The businesses you give to and receive from,
Your family and friends,
Nature and the abundance of water,
The soil,
Plants,
Medicines,
And animals.
If any one of these environments is not in harmony,
It can create a wobble in your inner environment,
For we are all one.
We are all related and connected through the cosmic threads of existence.
Your outer environments are reflections for your learning and growth at the individual and collective levels.
What you witness happening outside of yourself will reflect what is going on within at some level.
Really study your outer environments and relationships to help identify what desires healing or understanding within and without.
What is the outer environment showing you?
How are you supporting,
Protecting,
And nourishing it?
And how are you receiving nourishment from it?
What of your outer environments or relationships are out of balance,
Out of alignment?
A beautiful part of our design is communication,
Relation,
Giving,
And receiving.
What channels of relating can you open?
What channels desire an overhaul?
And what channels crave some clearing?
Can you identify what your outer environments are communicating with and teaching you?
Ask yourself what you can do and where you can give and receive the most valuable understanding and wisdom.
Here are some practices to take into your day today.
Exercise number one,
Consider your relationship with source and with the earth,
Both from which you are created.
Are you taking care of them,
Relating with them from your heart?
Where do you see disharmony and what does that reflect to you?
Sit with each and with sincerity ask to build a genuine relationship with them.
Listen,
Receive,
And choose what you wish to absorb of what comes through.
Practice number two,
Choose an environment or relationship to contemplate.
It can be anything and you can do this multiple times.
What is your relationship to it or them?
Is it balanced,
In harmony,
Supportive,
And nourishing?
What can you change?
What choices can you make?
Can you come from a place of love and gratitude and be impeccable and sincere with your words,
Thoughts,
And actions?
Is it time to walk away or go within?
Seek and receive the answer from deep in your soul.
What's your next step?
Here are some affirmations.
You can speak the following aloud or choose to create your own and repeat daily for as long as desired.
Number one,
I embrace my outer environments.
As reflections for my learning and growth.
I embrace my outer environments as reflections for my learning and growth.
Number two,
I commit to supporting,
Protecting,
And nourishing my outer environments and relationships.
I commit to supporting,
Protecting,
And nourishing my outer environments and relationships.
Number three,
I commit to honoring myself in my outer environment and will make choices from a place of understanding and love.
I commit to honoring myself in my outer environment and will make choices from a place of understanding and love.
Number four,
I choose to improve my communication skills every day.
I choose to improve my communication skills every day.
