And prepare to absorb what you wish.
Receive a deep,
Nourishing breath and state aloud,

With ease and grace.
I choose to receive,
Profound and transformational,
Epiphanies,
Insights,
And peacefulness,
With ease and grace.
Know Your Strengths and Weaknesses.
Understanding and befriending your strengths and weaknesses provides an opening to freedom.
There are areas,
Subjects,
And specialties in life with which you may be confident and have a high level of seniority.
There are also areas,
Subjects,
And specialties with which you are wobbly and uncertain and where you may go into fear.
These are your strengths and weaknesses.
Neither is good nor bad,
They are simply signs,
Indicators,
And messengers coming into your awareness so that you can choose how you will respond and at what level you will engage with each.
Both are significant in your evolution,
Your existence,
And your path of growth.
Your strengths may be teaching you that this is an area you can continue to improve and share.
It could be teaching you that you are complete with this and can put it to bed or that it will help you at some point on your path,
But maybe it isn't a focal point.
The weaknesses may be telling you that this is an area to nurture and master,
Or that it isn't an area for you to focus on in this life.
How can you tell what each is teaching you?
That is for you to go within to find out.
In some cases,
We are engaged with these areas,
Subjects,
And specialties from our own curiosity and interest.
While in other cases,
We are engaged with them because of an external influence,
Such as pressure or persuasion from family,
Friends,
Or society.
For the latter,
It is programming and fear that suggests you should be doing this and you shouldn't be doing that,
Or you should like this and you shouldn't like that.
Such use of guilt and shame is manipulative at best,
And your sensitive being may go into fear and struggle to find the truth.
Be honest with yourself about what these areas,
Subjects,
And specialties,
Along with your strengths and weaknesses with each,
Uncover within you.
What do they trigger or ignite?
What lights you up versus brings you down,
And why?
These discoveries and insights are the treasures from which you can grow,
Evolve,
And heal.
They are the gold from which you can choose how you will respond and engage with each.
When you love something and wish to engage with it,
And it is a natural strength or one you have cultivated over the years,
What a beautiful opportunity to continue engaging with and sharing or teaching it.
When you love something and wish to engage with it,
And it isn't something that you have strength with,
What a beautiful opportunity to learn,
Cultivate,
And master it.
But when you don't love something and have little to no interest in engaging with it,
And yet find yourself doing so,
Ask yourself why.
Be with these discoveries and insights.
Learn from them,
Study them,
Get curious about what they are teaching you.
Identify what is your truth,
What you wish to engage with,
And what brings you joy.
Are you choosing to take on the imprint of a frequency with which you do not align in present time?
If so,
Why?
Are you trying to please someone or get somewhere?
Your strengths and weaknesses may come from a past life,
From your lineage,
Or it could be programming from family,
Friends,
Or society as discussed earlier.
In any case,
Begin to move with the energy around the strengths and weaknesses.
What can you learn from them?
How can you utilize them to come into higher understanding and to reside in a place of peace?
Allow them to work with one another,
The strength bringing balance to the weakness,
And vice versa.
Examine the weaknesses and how they may feed a story that takes you deep into an illusion,
Deep into fear.
Scrutinize the strengths and how they may feed a story that takes you deep into an illusion,
Deep into the ego.
Use your skills of observation and contemplation of choosing how and in which frequency you will respond.
As you begin to work with your strengths and weaknesses,
You will understand their interplay and the knowledge and wisdom they bring for you to fulfill your purpose.
Write the following.
We each have strengths and weaknesses.
That isn't the question we need to contemplate.
How we relate to our strengths and weaknesses is an excellent question to ponder.
Where do you get out of balance with your judgments of the strengths and weaknesses with self or others?
And where do you place expectations?
What judgments do you have with the word or idea of a weakness or a strength?
Is a weakness a place of vulnerability,
An opening where you are soft and innocent and where you have lots of room to grow and learn?
Is a strength a place of wisdom and power where you have confidence and plenty to offer and share with others?
Are they something completely different to you?
If this is your life,
And it seems that it is,
What choices can you make to support yourself and understand how these strengths and weaknesses can support you?
What is yours to do or to choose to do with them in this life you are choosing to live?
Can you consider leaning into the weaknesses and dancing with the seeds of curiosity that are planted within them,
Nourishing them,
Allowing them to grow and strengthen?
Can you consider leaning into the strengths and singing their wisdom to the edges of the creative universe for all to receive?
Consider observing,
Witnessing and contemplating the strengths and weaknesses that are front and center in your life and to accept and love yourself just as you are.
To what do you wish to give your attention within these strengths and weaknesses?
What is ready to be released?
What is ready to be exercised?
Exercising your strengths and weaknesses and allowing them to support each other will reap rewards.
First you must have awareness with them and second you must exercise them with sincerity and care.
Appreciate your strengths and weaknesses for they are part of you.
Understand that they are here to support you,
Love them for as you love,
So does the world.
Understanding and befriending your strengths and weaknesses provides an opening to freedom.
You begin to reside more in your truth and thus can respond from that truth,
That love allowing your supreme gifts,
Your sole purpose to shine through.
Here are some practices you can take into your day today.
Practice number one,
Write out what strengths and weaknesses mean to you.
What do the words mean?
Consider what it means to have strengths.
What does it mean to have weaknesses?
Are you holding judgments with these words or their frequency and if so,
Where is it coming from?
Can you find a place of healing and peace and know that you are perfect as you are and that whatever strengths and weaknesses you may have,
They are here for a reason to help support you?
Sit with this,
Observe,
Witness and contemplate what this means for you.
Practice number two,
Identify the areas where you sense your strengths and choose how you will use them or not use them.
Just because you are skilled at something or have an amazing strength in an area of life doesn't mean you have to use it.
If you have mastered it in a previous life,
You may not need it now.
It might present itself to support your purpose if you need to use that strength at some point.
Where do you feel obligated to help others because you have this strength versus the strength coming out because you desire it?
Identify where your strength can support your purpose,
Your vision and the life you wish to live.
Practice number three,
Identify the areas where you sense your weaknesses and choose how you will enhance them or not.
What are you most drawn to learn,
Cultivate and master?
What excites you and what do you desire to learn and nurture?
Which of your weaknesses do you want to strengthen?
Where do you feel obligated to strengthen them because of pressure or guilt?
Where do you punish yourself believing you are not enough?
Identify where you can strengthen a weakness that aligns with your purpose,
Your vision and the life you wish to live.
Let go of the belief that you need to be good at something of which you have no interest.
Here are some affirmations.
You can speak the following aloud or choose to create your own.
Repeat daily for as long as desired.
Number one,
I commit to being honest with myself about my strengths and weaknesses.
I commit to being honest with myself about my strengths and weaknesses.
Number two,
I embrace my strengths and weaknesses and use them to thrive.
I embrace my strengths and weaknesses and use them to thrive.
Number three,
I commit to understanding my strengths and weaknesses and to cultivating those that align with my truth.
I commit to understanding my strengths and weaknesses and to cultivating those that align with my truth.
And number four,
I choose to understand or release judgments and expectations related to my strengths and weaknesses.
I choose to understand or release judgments and expectations related to my strengths and weaknesses.
