Hola and welcome to this meditation for connecting to your intuition,
Cultivating self-trust,
Liberating yourself from overthinking and over-identifying with the mind.
This practice is something you can always return to as a way to go within,
Check in and utilize your body's wisdom and your inner voice as a navigation tool for your own truth,
Presence and relief.
Find a comfortable position,
Allowing your sit bones to melt into the ground,
Into the earth beneath you and just simply notice where you may feel tense,
Where you may feel stress,
Perhaps there is stagnant energy in certain parts of your body.
Simply be present with them,
Allow for awareness to build and to bring wisdom to this very moment.
Together let's take a deep breath,
Inhale,
Exhale let it go.
Focus on your natural breath,
Allow the rhythm of your breath to create awareness and presence.
Our intuition is our inner guidance system,
That inner voice that whispers to you softly your truth,
A nudge in the direction towards inner alignment.
Our intuition is our inner guidance system of wisdom and that inner voice that guides us towards what is best for us at any given moment.
When we are in tune with our intuition,
We are in a state of flow,
A state of presence that feels natural.
This inner guidance system is with you at every single moment of your existence.
It's when we tune into our presence and our awareness of our choices,
Our behaviors,
Our patterns,
Our relationships,
Our inner dialogue,
The narrative we are telling ourselves and when we are co-creating with our intuition,
That presence and that awareness gets louder in a very soft loving way,
A compassionate way and when this takes place,
There is an opportunity for us to strengthen our agency of self,
To be responsible for our own energy and to create change,
Transformation that feels in alignment with our values.
Check into your body sensations,
Wherever you feel tense and tightened,
Take a deep breath,
Inhale.
Send that energy to those parts of your body that need nurturing and space and love.
Exhale,
Let it go.
You may wonder,
How do I know if I am operating from my intuition?
How do I hear my intuition?
How do I know it is my intuition and not my overthinking mind?
Your intuition will always speak softly and will nudge you.
It never has judgment.
It never speaks to you in any kind of disrespectful tone.
It's not critical.
It's not full of doubt.
It is simply from a place of softening and unconditional love,
Compassion,
Empathy.
Your intuition is your direct link to the highest vibration of unconditional love,
Source energy,
That unity consciousness that we all have within us.
And when you are experiencing anxiety and stress and the lower vibrations of certain emotions,
Anger,
Frustration,
Jealousy,
Scarcity,
You can always come home to yourself by tuning in to your intuition and remember that those parts of you expressing themselves in those forms are an opportunity to be aware,
To be present with what is.
And when we are present with what is,
We create our own freedom and transformation.
Take a deep breath.
Inhale.
Soften your shoulders.
Expand your heart.
Extend your spine.
And exhale.
Let it go.
