Transcript

Hello and welcome to Janarjee Healing.

Take a deep breath and arrive in your body.

Feel the ground beneath you,

The air around you,

And the heartbeat within you.

Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly and whisper softly,

I'm safe,

I'm here,

I'm not leaving myself.

This is an inner child dialogue,

A space where we listen to the younger part of ourselves and respond with love,

Safety,

And truth.

Today we meet abandonment,

A core wound that touches every part of our being.

It lives in the body,

The heart,

And the field.

It shapes how we trust,

How we love,

And how we stay.

If any emotions want to arise,

We will welcome them.

We will give them a safe space to land.

Let's begin.

They left me.

I wasn't enough to stay for.

It feels like no one ever stays.

I know that pain.

I know how long you waited for someone to come back.

It made sense that you believed love leaves,

Because that's what you were shown.

But their leaving was not your fault.

You didn't make them go.

But if people always leave,

How can I ever feel safe?

How do I trust anyone?

You don't have to trust everyone.

You only need to trust me.

I am the one who stays.

I will not leave you when you feel scared,

Angry,

Or sad.

You can fall apart,

And I'll still be here,

Steady and loving.

But if I get too sad,

Or too much,

And you leave too.

.

Sweet one,

That will never happen.

There is nothing you could feel that would make me turn away.

If any emotions want to arise,

We will welcome them.

We will give them a safe space to land.

We are learning what love really means.

That staying doesn't depend on perfection.

So I'm safe to need love?

Yes,

You are safe to need love.

You were never too much to love,

Only too alone with your pain.

But you are not alone now.

I choose to stay.

Every time fear says they'll leave,

I'll whisper back,

I'm still here.

Take a slow breath.

Place both hands on your heart.

And whisper softly,

I will not leave you.

I choose to stay.

Abandonment may have shaped us,

But it no longer defines us.

We are safe.

We are seen.

We are loved.

Know that you are safe.

Know that you are loved.
