Inner Child Dialogue: The Abandonment Wound
This track opens The Wounds Series — an extension of the Inner Child Dialogues, exploring the core emotional imprints that shape how we love, trust, and belong. Here, we meet the Abandonment Wound — a pattern that can live within all seven chakras and throughout the body. Many of us carry the memory of being left, unseen, or forgotten. In this dialogue, the inner child gives voice to that pain, and the adult self responds with unwavering love and presence. Together, we learn what it means to stay — to give our emotions a safe space to land, and to remember that love does not leave. To go deeper in this work, please explore my Insight Timer courses: The Path to Self-Love: Healing the Mother Wound and The Path to Wholeness: Healing the Father Wound. The healing happens in the staying.
