Hi today I want to talk to you about anxiety and about my story a little bit about how for a long long time I suffered from severe panic attacks and how it impacted my life and how I am getting out of it I'm getting out of these fears of these often it's it's an illusion it's not even real it's anxiety that's what it is it's like being afraid of something that's not real and why does this happen and in my case I realize it's about the conditioning as I was growing up as a as a child you know not being validated in my emotions feeling like my perception was to be a people-pleaser and to serve and that was my role in life it was well it was very sacrificial I was born and raised in a very religious Catholic home where it was very very right and wrong good bad and so it was very very judgmental that philosophy of life and it's very very destructive to to a person to when you're feeling like your emotions and your feelings well you can't really talk about it because you know you think maybe it's wrong so you kind of keep everything in and you kind of push it down push it down push it down well eventually all those repressed emotions and feelings and traumas they come up and when they do they they kind of they show up in and behaviors like well fear first of all you're not feeling safe because you're you're my emotions weren't validated at all and I was put on this earth to do to serve and to really not think of myself if I was a good person I would be good to everybody else and I would sacrifice myself it was very sacrificial so to anybody who's suffering from anxiety from fears and panics and and stuff like that know that you're not alone and there are ways to get out of it and with the understanding of your conditioning and your defense mechanisms and your limiting beliefs there's ways to work on yourself to reduce stress and to accept yourself as you are with your light and your dark because you're just perfect like that you may you were made like that you were made a human being and I think the the trick to overcoming it is to be friended and when it shows up think of it as your friend saying okay there's fear inside of me I need to I need to take responsibility and look at it and see what it means and see what I need to do for myself to make me feel safe again and to make me feel happy with myself and to feel aligned with my values and my needs so anyways I wanted to share that with you and to tell you you are loved you're not alone and if you're suffering from from all these things reach out talk about it talk about it and be open about it and by doing so you will you will just you'll unlock that prison that you've created and you can finally be free of it so love y'all bye
