Flow journaling can help us tap into our intuition, provide clarity, and increase creativity and overall well-being. Please grab your journal and a favorite writing utensil, open your notes app on your phone, or whatever tools you need to engage in this practice. The key is to write for the entire time, even if you have to repeat your thoughts, get off topic, or start over with the prompt. Just don’t stop writing. Music by Chris Collins.
