Flow journaling helps us organize and release thoughts and feelings, reduces stress, assists in letting go, increases creativity, and can improve overall well-being. This practice includes a brief journal prompt designed for you to let your mind wander and flow to paper. You’ll have just under four minutes to answer that prompt.
