Welcome to the soul growth sessions,
A place to nurture your soul and awaken your potential.
This guided meditation will help you restore your sense of progress and direction in life.
This guided meditation will help you shift your focus from perfection to progress,
Allowing you to find peace and clarity with a restored sense of purpose.
Through deep breathing and visualization techniques,
You will learn to set realistic goals and celebrate small wins along the way.
You will also practice self-compassion and connect with your inner guidance as you trust in the journey.
Helping you find relief from burnout and move forward with a restored sense of purpose.
Let's begin by finding a place to sit or lie down wherever you feel most comfortable.
When you're ready,
Gently close your eyes and begin to turn your attention inwards.
As you breathe,
Allow your body to relax and release any tension you may be holding.
Take a nice deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Imagine that each inhale is bringing in peace and calm,
And each exhale is releasing any stress or tension you may be holding,
Letting it go.
Allow your gentle focus to notice the sensations of your breath as it moves through your body.
Breathing in to any areas that want a little extra attention and support.
Breathing in fully and deeply,
Letting go easily on the exhale without any effort.
Breathing naturally now as you continue to relax.
Allow your mind to settle on an area of your life where you have been putting too much pressure on yourself.
Any area of your life where you have been procrastinating,
Putting things off or avoiding altogether.
What parts of your life that have left you feeling burnt out?
What areas of your life are you feeling the most pressure and stress?
As you hold these thoughts in your mind,
Notice any feelings or sensations that arise in your body.
Now imagine setting realistic and achievable goals for these areas of your life.
Imagine yourself making progress towards these goals.
Imagine how that would feel.
What small steps could you take?
What small steps of progress feel easy and simple?
What small steps feel the best in your body when you imagine them?
Imagine how it feels to focus on making progress without the need to have all the answers or do everything all at once.
If you could choose to make progress in just one or two of these areas,
What areas would mean the most to you?
As you continue to breathe deeply and peacefully with a restored sense of purpose,
Remind yourself that you are doing your best,
Knowing that progress is more important than perfection.
You are already doing great.
You have already achieved more than you know.
You are already perfect,
Just as you are.
You are already more than enough.
You are an important part of this world.
Your well-being is the most valuable part of your day.
Take a moment to affirm the following words to yourself as you take full deep breaths.
I am amazing.
I am so proud of myself.
One more time as you take full deep breaths.
I am more than enough.
I am amazing.
I am so proud of myself.
As you continue to breathe and allow these feelings to flow through you,
Invite your inner guidance to step forward.
Imagine that you are listening to the soft,
Quiet voice of your intuition.
Feeling relaxed and content,
Open to any thoughts,
Feelings or sense of knowing that your inner guidance is calling you towards,
Reminding you of your true purpose and direction in life.
As you continue to breathe deeply and calmly,
Remind yourself to let go of the attachment to the outcome and to trust in the journey.
Take a deep breath in and fully let go on the exhale.
Imagine releasing any remaining stress or tension.
Take another deep breath in and as you exhale,
Allow yourself to feel a strong sense of peace and contentment wash over you.
Feeling the changes that have taken place,
Feeling them integrate within you,
Ready to return to your surroundings.
Feeling the points of contact between you and the surface on which you are resting,
Slowly bringing your awareness back to your surroundings.
Feeling the air on your skin,
Gently moving your body,
Taking your time.
And when you feel ready to come back,
Gently open your eyes,
Aware of the world around you,
Remembering you can come back and experience this practice as often as you like,
To reflect on your progress and celebrate those small wins you make every day.
So until next time,
Take care my friend.
