For the Full Moon in Libra, we will work on our relationship with ourselves as well as others. The full moon is a point of releasing old patterns & behaviors which no longer serve us. We will also work on accepting others as they show up, strengthening our own personal energy & abundance of love & compassion.

Welcome to the full moon in Libra meditation with me Jamie.

As the Libra star sign represents relationship,

It symbolizes balance,

Fairness,

Equality and working together with other humans to come to solution.

I think we can all work on our own love and compassion and understanding for each other.

So this meditation is designed to let go of ways of being,

Ways of attachment,

As to find greater cooperation we have to compromise parts of ourselves.

The meditation also contains sound of wind and ocean and also some human speaking as well.

I wanted to include some man-made and human noises in the meditation to challenge us to accept that meditation is not always going to be free from noises.

It's not always going to be just nature sounds and to learn to work together with natural noises of the world we live in can help our mental state and also our need for perfection and our need for extreme conditions to clear the mind.

So just begin to listen to the sounds playing in the background,

Getting a comfortable position,

Feeling the noises of the world moving by,

Adjusting into our more settled positions and just accepting that in this part of meditation we're not aiming to be totally in nature,

That we have to learn to work alongside each other.

We have to learn to accept the noises of the world around us and even learn to embrace and enjoy these noises as a valuable part of life.

As you close your eyes,

Just especially focusing on the noises of the breath,

Just breathing in nice and deeply through the nose,

Just allowing a nice deep breath out the mouth and just feeling how we can create our own wind,

Create our own movement of energy from our voice,

From our breathing and how we can allow energy to move through the body just with our breathing and trusting our breath also to move stagnant energy.

Maybe just connecting with deepening the breath now and just feeling into what relationships have been challenging over the past weeks or months,

Bringing a little bit of noise into the breath by shortening the back of the throat,

Tucking the chin down a little bit and feeling as the air pushes past the back of the throat into the lungs and as we breathe in just feeling that fresh cool air,

Refilling the lungs and giving us life and as we breathe out just feeling that stagnant energy,

Feeling that emotion move and leave the body,

Just giving yourself permission to make as much sound,

Make as much noise as possible,

Whatever is needed,

Allowing any sighs and just letting go of any image of whatever person caused this emotion,

Forgiving them as we all have our own ways of being difficult,

Our ways of wanting to be right and our ways of getting stuck and just seeing if there's any other situations,

Any moments where you didn't react as well as what you would have wanted to,

Just allowing that to come to your mind's eye,

Again taking a nice few deep breaths in and out,

Allowing any shame or regret to leave the body as when we react it's not always in our full control but if we bring awareness to this reaction it can help us in the future,

So just observing that reaction and knowing that we can do something differently next time.

I just want you to see if you can put yourself in an environment listening to the sounds of the wind,

Of the fresh breeze,

Of the ocean,

Whatever sounds you hear,

Just allowing your imagination to bring you to those places,

Just to see yourself sitting peacefully,

Just sitting looking at our expressions on our face,

Feeling content,

Allowing the noises of the wind to blow through our skin,

The breeze to push away any feelings of needing to be anywhere else,

Just really relaxing into this place that we've created this imagination and as we're here just imagining us free of worries,

Free of responsibilities,

Just being able to sit in this space for an endless amount of time as if time does not exist,

Just checking in with our breath,

Checking in with our face and the facial muscles,

Just allowing our eyes,

Our jaw,

Our nose to relax,

Shoulders to relax,

Allowing our belly to relax and really meeting that divine part of ourselves which is always present,

Is always watching,

Is always listening to the mind and its thoughts.

As you take a nice deep breath just observing that you are that presence here,

Clearing away any thoughts,

Feeling the body and how it operates without any trying,

Without any need,

The heart beats,

The lungs will breathe in,

The food will digest,

No effort is required,

It's just being and if you can picture yourself here in this kind of divine connection of meditation,

Seeing the wind pass over your body,

Feeling the skin of the body,

Feeling the rooted in your senses,

Finding any new sensations with interest,

Just going,

Observing the feeling,

Observing what our sense organs can pick up in the environment,

Being fully present with what is arising without judgment and just feeling what it's like to sit without having to use our minds,

Use our minds,

Releasing the expectations and noticing where the mind does come in and try and judge as well.

Often our relationships with others are a reflection of relationships with ourselves so we can notice as we sit in the stillness,

As we listen what thoughts come to our head,

What is our program and just taking some nice deep breaths every time,

Breathing through programming,

Coming back to the present moment,

Coming back to the real reality and just allow your mind to wander a little bit,

To visualize how you could act in the future as your divine self,

How you could show up in work or relationship,

Just picturing you with friends or with loved ones and just seeing yourself with that soft,

Friendly smile,

Just seeing how deeply you're listening to them,

Finding that deep connection and just enjoying the moments of being human,

Socializing,

The joy that comes from sharing and maybe inviting a more challenging member of the family or friend or someone you've fallen out with to appear and to see you getting along,

To see you in harmony,

Smiling,

Talking,

Enjoying each other's company.

And for the last moments I'm going to give you an extra challenge.

These sounds are recorded from an art gallery and there's a lot of talk and I just want us to fully surrender into the noise of humans,

Chattering,

Talking about their opinions,

Using the mantra to relax,

Relaxing the face,

Relaxing the arms,

Relaxing the body,

Surrendering to the noise,

Turn off your judgment.

Can you notice if your mind is reacting to the noise,

To the stimulus,

Relaxing the face,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Relaxing the belly,

Just imagining yourself sitting on a bench here in the art gallery,

Seeing all the humans move and interact with each other and seeing the beauty in all of this,

Seeing the beauty in language,

Conversation,

Opinion,

Not judging it,

Just breathing nice and deeply into the lungs,

Into the belly,

Seeing if you can open more,

As this full moon is about releasing all parts of ourselves which maybe judges,

Is maybe rigid in our opinions,

Listening to all the different noises of the voices and just welcoming every person for their unique noise and life.

And just to finish,

Just seeing if you can open up your aura to include the people you feel around you in your energy field,

Sending love,

Sending compassion,

Sending understanding,

Sending understanding,

Just knowing that our energy field can open to send out positive loving energy,

Take some nice deep breaths,

Opening the shoulders,

Bring the shoulder blades sitting up a little bit taller,

Feeling our energy field expand,

Feeling any stagnant energy clear away,

Keep opening,

Visualising and just finishing sending out some nice positive thoughts of well-being by feeling our energy radiate out to the people around us,

Knowing that this positive energy is infectious in the best way,

Sending out love and compassion,

Understanding and releasing any toughness,

Hardness,

Ego.
