
Heart Healing Meditation

Journey to Wholeness. This meditation is a guided journey into the heart where you will be able to welcome forgiveness and bring love to all corners. It will lead you down a path and allow you to meet and integrate the shadow within. Enjoy this heart-healing meditation.
Transcript
Or laying down position,
Beginning with some deep breaths in through the nose into the low belly and out through the mouth.
Breathing in and out and in.
And out.
As you lay welcoming in these inhales and exhales,
Allow each and every breath to pull you deeper into relaxation,
Deeper into the awareness of your body,
Deeper into the space in which you are here in the present moment.
Giving yourself permission to just drop in.
Being present.
As you breathe and you lay here,
I want you to send some loving awareness and gentle breaths to different areas of your body that may still be holding on to tension from the day.
With every breath,
Just feeling them loosen up a little more.
Feeling all the nerves,
The tissues,
The bones relaxing more and more.
Good.
Today we'll be embarking on a journey,
A journey into Anahata,
Our heart chakra.
Tuning your awareness into your heart space,
Seeing there a big vortex of light,
Glowing emerald green,
Gold with flecks of pink.
As you breathe in,
Seeing that light get brighter.
As you breathe out,
Feeling your heart space and chest open to expand.
Breathing in,
Witnessing that light get brighter and thicker.
Exhaling,
Expanding that light outwards,
Out of the chest,
Out of the back of the chest.
Emanating that bright emerald green and gold with flecks of pink vortex of Anahata ever so slightly out of the body.
As you draw your consciousness in,
Looking at this light,
You move into this light,
Into the heart space.
As you move deeper into the heart space,
You notice that green engulfs all around you.
As you travel deeper and deeper into the heart space,
Deeper and deeper into this green light,
Descending into the heart.
Descending a little further until your feet arrive on a path,
A path inside Anahata.
Inside this place,
You see beautiful nature all around you.
The sky is emanating green,
Gold and pink.
You notice what this path looks like,
What it's made out of,
How it feels.
You notice what it feels like to be inside your heart space,
What it's like to be deep inside this energy.
You begin walking along this path,
Walking deeper into Anahata.
As you walk along the path in the distance,
You begin to notice a figure emerging.
You move closer to the figure and notice that they are someone familiar.
And as they come into full view,
You realize that this is someone that you love.
Someone that you have a lot of positive memories with.
Someone that you care about very deeply.
You greet this person with a smile.
You witness how they greet you.
You stand in front of this person,
Drinking their energy in from head to toe.
Noticing what they're wearing,
What they look like.
All the little nuances of their style and their mannerisms.
You look this person from head to toe and lock eyes with them.
And in that moment of locking eyes,
You notice a big cord of light from your heart to theirs,
Emerging into view.
You take this cord in your hands,
You notice how it feels.
Is it heavy?
Is it light?
What does that cord look like?
In this moment,
You begin feeling and transferring all of the experiences and the memories that you have with this individual.
Flipping through all of the amazing times that you have had together.
All of the laughs,
All of the memories.
You reflect on all of the times that maybe that haven't been so great.
The blips in the road,
The hard days,
The challenges.
You note the tenderness in your heart and how it feels to acknowledge such a big and great love.
That it made it through all of those challenges,
All of those hard days,
All of the blips.
As you look at this person,
You breathe into that unconditional love,
That unconditional forgiveness and compassion.
You breathe that into them,
Exhaling it through this cord into their body.
Breathing that love into your body,
Exhaling it through the cord,
Filling them up with all of your love.
Seeing that cord get stronger and brighter.
You receive the same from them,
Feeling that love,
Feeling that compassion,
Feeling every ounce of their forgiveness for all that has been between you and them.
If they have a message for you now,
Opening yourself to receive that message.
Breathing it in.
You give this person a final glance,
Noting that it's time to walk along the path a little further now.
You bid this person adieu.
You say goodbye in your own way and move on.
Continuing on your path now,
Noting how it feels to have received such love.
Feeling that heart open and expand a little further as you move along your path.
In the distance,
You begin to see another figure.
You note that this person is familiar once more,
But this time you notice something different about it.
You notice a pang,
A little bit of heaviness.
And as this person comes into full view,
You see that it is someone from your past that you have hurt.
Someone that maybe you had accidentally or unconsciously brought pain to their life.
You stand in front of this person,
Looking at their energy,
Drinking them in from head to toe.
Noticing what they look like,
What their energy feels like,
All the little nuances of their personal frequency.
You lock eyes and once again you see that cord of light from your heart to theirs.
Notice what is different about this cord of light.
How does it feel when you handle it?
Does it look any different?
You look at this person,
Locking eyes with them,
Opening yourself to receive their truth.
Opening yourself to receive your truth.
You reflect on the experience or experiences that led you to hurt this person,
To cause pain in this person's life.
You review those memories like a flip book.
You review your actions,
Who you were at that time,
What caused you to be the way that you were.
What awareness of love that you were operating from.
You breathe some compassion and self-forgiveness into your body for all the ways that you didn't know better and therefore weren't doing better.
You understand that you were doing the best with what you had.
You regard the way that you have learned from mistakes like these.
As you breathe that in,
You look at this person and you exhale that truth of your love into them.
Breathing in that love.
Breathing in that compassion.
Exhaling,
Letting them feel the full spectrum of your awareness and your reflection.
Your sacred apology to them.
You breathe in that love and light and you exhale it through this cord,
Watching any of the debris or heaviness from this cord that may be there fall away as they are filled with the truth of your love and your understanding.
You allow them to look at you,
To feel that,
To receive that truth here in the ethereal realm and in the heart space.
And if they have a message for you now,
Allow yourself to receive.
Breathing it in.
Allowing yourself to receive the forgiveness,
The love,
The compassion for all beings and their highest self and higher awareness on the other side.
Our only loving,
Only understanding,
Only compassionate and forgiving.
If you wish to now,
You can see that cord of light between you either strengthen or you both may choose to drop this cord away to be alchemized in the heart space and given back to source for higher love.
You say goodbye to this person.
They say goodbye to you.
And you continue along your way in your journey,
Thanking them,
Filling yourself up with gratitude for all that you learned in communication,
In presence with them.
As you journey further on your path,
Noticing again what this environment around you looks like,
How the energy is flowing,
What it feels like.
Opening your heart,
Breathing into any tenderness that may be there.
Walking a little further,
A little deeper into Anahata on your path.
In the distance,
Again,
You notice a figure emerging.
This time,
As this person comes forward and reveals themselves,
It is a person who hurt you.
You stand in front of this person.
You see their energy.
You witness them as they are.
You allow yourself to be witnessed as you are.
You see that cord of light that is formed between the two of you from all of your experiences.
You notice what it looks like,
What it feels like.
You recall the experiences of hurt.
And the ways that caused you pain in this relationship.
As you reflect on these feelings,
You allow yourself to feel the truth of them.
You breathe into that tenderness.
And you welcome in unconditional self-love,
Self-compassion,
And self-forgiveness.
And as you reflect upon this moment,
You remember that hurt people hurt people.
You recall where you were when you've hurt someone.
And you know the conscious awareness that people are operating from when they hurt others.
You note that forgiveness is not about forgiving what happened.
It is not about condoning someone's behavior or poor choices.
But rather,
It is about allowing ourselves freedom from being prisoner in someone else's war.
It is about alchemizing and moving and surrendering and letting go of the pain that someone else caused us.
That was never ours to carry with us.
And you allow yourself here and now to let that pain go.
To let that flow and be alchemized back into source love and fresh new energy with harm to none.
You breathe that in.
And as you exhale,
You choose to clear the cord or drop that cord between the two of you,
Freeing yourself completely.
Breathing it in.
Breathing in unconditional love.
Exhaling it.
You can choose to breathe this love into this other individual and their higher self.
You can choose to receive a message from them now.
And if it is appropriate,
You may allow yourself to hear from their higher self an apology.
And allow them to say what is on their heart that they never got to say.
Or they never chose to say.
You breathe in the love.
You exhale letting it go.
Letting the energy of that experience go.
Letting that heaviness go.
So that you may carry forward in your life,
In your journey,
Aware and aligned.
And free from the pain of someone else's burden and mistake.
You say goodbye to this person in whatever way is most appropriate for you.
Filling yourself with love and compassion without any judgment.
You turn and you begin to walk down your path a little more.
You notice the feelings in your heart.
You breathe into any tenderness.
Exhale,
Opening the chest,
Opening the heart.
With every step you take on this path,
You feel any heaviness shedding away in the light of Anahata.
You move a little further,
A little deeper still on this path.
And as you move along this path,
You sense that there is one more person to meet.
You look into the distance and see another figure emerging.
And as you see this person come into full view,
You notice now that this is your shadow self.
Standing in front of you is the version of you that you perceive of all imperfections.
That you perceive in all of the mistakes.
In all of life's unkindnesses.
All the parts of yourself that you have rejected,
Projected,
Hid from,
Deflected.
All of the parts of you that feel the wounds,
The cuts,
The scrapes.
Standing in front of you here is all of the version of yourself that you have judged and not liked.
You drink this version of yourself in from head to toe,
Looking at them,
Noting all the little nuances of their energy.
Noting their frequency,
Noting all of those traits that have been hard to digest.
All of those experiences,
All those parts of yourself that have been hard to accept.
You look at them,
You drink them in.
And you notice that cord of light forever binding between the two of you.
Now as you look at this person,
And you welcome in that unconditional love,
And you welcome in that unconditional compassion and forgiveness.
You breathe it in,
You exhale it through this cord of light and into their body.
And with this breath you notice that this person in front of you is so worthy of all of your love.
All of your kindness.
For this is the version of you that has bore the brunt of all of life's unkindnesses.
This is the person who has taken on all of the experiences in life that have been challenging and hard.
Standing in front of you is a warrior that has taken every cut,
Every bruise,
Every scrape.
Standing in front of you is the inner child doing its best with all the tools that it was given.
Standing in front of you is all aspects of yourself that were developed in trying to protect your light.
And as you notice this,
You find yourself breathing in more love,
More care,
More compassion,
And a deep sense of forgiveness.
This person in front of you is just needing so much love.
For it has fought all of your wars.
On the front lines and behind the scenes.
And just as you would never judge or hurt a war veteran coming back from war who had seen terrible things,
You would never judge yourself this way either.
You would welcome them back with kindness.
You would show them around and let them know all the beautiful things that are around them now.
You would let them know that they are safe.
And that they don't have to worry about the things that they did back then.
You would show them where you live now.
And as you acknowledge this part of yourself now,
I want you to take a big breath in.
And exhale all of that self-judgment,
Self-criticism,
Self-doubt,
And lack.
Breathing in light,
Exhaling all of that weight.
I want you to open your arms now.
Open your arms to welcome all of these rejected parts of yourself in for a giant hug.
And as you hold yourself there,
Feeling all of that forgiveness,
All of that love,
All of that compassion.
Breathing them into that.
Hugging and squeezing them so tight.
Telling them all the things that they needed to hear and that they need to hear now.
And on this next inhale,
I want you to breathe this shadow self into your body.
Exhaling.
Feeling all parts of yourself intact and whole.
Witnessing a mirror in front of you now on this pathway.
And as you look in the mirror,
You see all that you are.
Your light and your darkness.
All of your love.
And all of the ways that you operated from survival and fear.
You see your inner warrior and you breathe love into them.
You see your inner child.
You breathe love into them.
You see yourself whole and complete altogether knowing every aspect of you is worthy of deep,
Unconditional love.
You feel that wholeness.
You acknowledge all parts of yourself as good.
All parts of yourself as loving.
All parts of yourself as worthy.
Whether they are a work in progress or whether you are content.
Breathing in that love.
Breathing in your wholeness.
Feeling yourself beginning to rise now.
Lifting your feet off the ground.
Coming back out of Anahata.
Feeling yourself being pulled back into your body.
Integrating all aspects of yourself.
Noting if there is a message for you from you here and now.
Receiving it with love.
Breathing it in.
Exhaling,
Landing into your body completely.
From above,
I want you to see now a bright white light descending down towards your crown.
Moving in through your crown.
A peaceful white light purifying and aligning your whole body,
Mind,
Soul.
White light moving down the crown,
Through the eyes,
Through the ears,
The mouth,
The nose,
The jaw.
Feeling it move in down the throat,
The shoulders,
The back,
Washing over the heart.
Purifying the light from your heart.
Feeling that light move through every cell,
Every tissue,
Every bone.
Warming it with a peaceful,
Loving light.
Leaving you calm,
Leaving you restored.
Feeling it as it moves down now through the torso,
Every vertebrae of the spine.
Welcoming this light into the high belly,
All the way through the low belly and low back.
White light moving through the hips and the sitting bones.
Down through the legs,
Down through the knees,
Into the calf muscles and shin.
Feeling it in the ankles,
Through the bottoms and the tops of the feet and each one of the toes.
Until you are emanating in this beautiful,
Peaceful,
White light filled with unconditional source of love.
Integrating,
Feeling all parts of yourself whole,
Worthy and complete.
You are loved.
You are supported.
You are loving.
You are love.
