My breath is the oldest love song on earth I rise and fall with the rhythm of belonging Every cell remembers the mother life I am held by roots older than time The earth whispers,

You are mine Not to possess,

But to anchor Not to bind,

YAH I drink it.

It flows into my cup easily.

Breathing is love.

And I feel it,

Floating throughout my lungs.

I am alive.

I am alive.

Movement is the doorway to self-love,

To discovery,

Curiosity.

The knowing is movement.

Beneath the bruises is a hymn,

A cracked open song,

A voice that says,

Even here,

Especially here,

Love lives.

I kiss the ache on its forehead.

I offer roses to my anger.

I sit at the altar of my pain and light a candle in its honor.

There is no shame in the unhealed,

Only space,

Only soil waiting to bloom.

OM MANI PADME HUM OM MANI PADME HUM I am not separate.

I am not the riverbank.

I am the river.

I am not the flame.

I am the heat.

I am not seeking love.

I am singing it.

I am singing it.

Every breath is a prayer to the world.

Every heartbeat is a drum of connection.

You are me.

I am you.

We meet at the center again and again.

I want to get high on love,

Higher on my breath,

Higher,

Higher,

Higher.

No walls can survive this softness.

No fear can outlast this warmth.

No storm can erase the stillness that lives beneath it all.

Not every love is loud.

Some loves arrive like a snowfall.

Some only speak in silence.

I lay down my need to be heard.

I lean in to quiet.

There is something holy here.

OM MANI PADME HUM I do not need to prove myself.

I do not need to fix the moment.

The divine is in this pause.

The sacred awaits in stillness.

Love is the exhale I forgot I needed.

OM PRIMA NAMAHA OM PRIMA NAMAHA OM PRIMA NAMAHA OM PRIMA NAMAHA OM PRIMA NAMAHA OM PRIMA NAMAHA I do not need to earn what I already am.

I do not need to chase what lives in my chest.

I am not half.

I am not broken.

I am full.

I am fire.

I am flood.

OM PRIMA NAMAHA I have been the wound and the salve.

The seeker and the source.

The stranger and the home.

Today I return.

Not to someone else,

But to the ocean within.
