Today's EFT practice is about finding joy in the moment.
So before we begin,
Take a minute to check in with how you're feeling right now.
On a scale of 1 to 10,
Where 1 is no joy and 10 is absolute joy,
Rate your current level of joy and then write down or make a note of this number in your mind so you can track your progress during the session.
So we're going to start with the setup statement and then I'm going to lead you through all the other tapping points,
So don't worry too much about the details,
Just tap where I say,
You won't go wrong.
Start with your setup statement on the side of your hand called the karate chop point and repeat after me either out loud or in your head,
Or you can just let my voice carry the energy for you.
Even though I'm struggling to feel joy in this moment,
I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though I've been feeling disconnected from joy,
I choose to open myself to happiness and joy right now.
Even though it's hard to find joy in the busyness or stress of life,
I deeply and completely accept where I am and I choose to welcome more joy.
Now come to your eyebrow point,
The inner point of your eyebrow.
I haven't felt joy in a while.
And the side of your eye,
It feels like joy is just out of reach.
Under your eye,
I'm so focused on everything else I've forgotten how to feel joy.
Tap under your nose,
I've been too caught up in stress to notice the small moments of joy.
Tap your chin,
I feel disconnected from happiness.
Your collarbone point,
I'm not sure how to reconnect with joy in my day.
Tap under your arm,
It feels hard to feel joy when life is so busy or overwhelming.
Tap the top of your head,
I've lost touch with the joy that's available to me.
Back to your eyebrow,
I acknowledge that I've been disconnected from joy.
The side of your eye,
I'm open to feeling joy even in small moments.
Under your eye,
I'm ready to welcome joy back into my life.
Under your nose,
I know there are moments of joy if I choose to notice them.
Tap your chin,
I am willing to release what's been blocking my joy.
On your collarbone,
I allow myself to feel joy even if it's just for a moment.
Under your arm,
I open my heart to experiencing more joy today.
Top of your head,
I'm ready to welcome joy back into my life.
On your collarbone,
I allow myself to feel joy even if it's just for a moment.
On your collarbone,
I allow myself to feel joy even if it's just for a moment.
On your collarbone,
I allow myself to feel joy even if it's just for a moment.
The side of your eye,
I welcome joy into my day no matter what is going on.
Under your eye,
I choose to see the beauty and happiness in my life right now.
Under the nose,
I give myself permission to feel joyful.
On your chin,
Joy is always available to me if I choose to find it.
On your collarbone,
I feel joy bubbling up from within.
Under the arm,
I choose joy in this moment and in every moment.
And in every moment.
The top of your head,
I am filled with joy and I radiate happiness and light.
Take a deep breath in and out and now check back in with yourself.
On a scale of one to ten,
Where is your level of joy now?
Has your number gone up?
Notice how you're feeling and acknowledge any shifts in your emotional state.
And remember joy is always available to you and you can return to this practice anytime you need to reconnect with that feeling.
Thank you so much for sharing your time with me today.
I hope you have a joyful day.
