This Moment is Enough is a gentle, encouraging short meditation for beginners, anyone who struggles to meditate, and anyone who believes they “can’t do it.” Meditation isn’t about silencing your thoughts or achieving instant inner peace. It’s about learning to be with yourself, exactly as you are. It’s about noticing, not controlling. It’s practice, not perfection. Give it a try. Music provided by Music Wisdom Library

Welcome!

This meditation is brought to you by Indigo Alchemy,

Where meditation becomes simple,

Supportive and real.

Each guided practice is designed for those who are new to meditation or finding their way back to a daily meditation practice.

No prior experience is required.

This is a gentle,

Encouraging meditation called This Moment is Enough.

It is for beginners,

Anyone who struggles to meditate,

Or anyone who believes they just can't do it.

Let's begin.

Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position,

Sitting,

Standing,

Lying down,

One that allows you to settle in a bit.

Gently close your eyes,

If you're comfortable doing so,

Or lower your eyes to a soft gaze on an object nearby.

Let your hands rest,

Soften your shoulders,

Allow your face to relax just a little.

Now take in a slow,

Deep breath,

And let it go.

Breathe in,

And breathe out.

There's nothing you need to achieve here.

No special feelings,

Or thoughts,

Or sensations.

Just you,

Right now.

And that's enough.

Breathe in,

And breathe out.

Let your breath come naturally.

If your mind wanders,

And it will,

That doesn't mean you're doing it wrong.

It simply means you're human.

Breathe in,

And breathe out.

And when you notice your mind has wandered,

Simply come back to this moment.

Breathe in,

And breathe out.

Feel the gentle rhythm of your breathing.

You don't need to quiet your mind.

You don't need to feel calm on demand.

Breathe in,

And breathe out.

All you are practicing is noticing.

Notice your breath.

Notice your thoughts.

Notice that you are here.

Breathe in,

And breathe out.

And with each breath,

Remind yourself.

I am learning.

I am showing up.

And this moment is enough.

Take one more slow,

Easy inhale.

And a soft exhale.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes or lift your gaze.

Carry this with you,

The proof that you can do this one breath at a time.

You meditated today,

And that counts.

Namaste.
