Welcome to this guided journaling session.

My name is Julia and today I'm going to guide you through some journaling prompts.

These prompts are designed to help you clear and declutter the mind.

The beautiful and really practical thing about these journal prompts is that you can return to them daily because these questions are very simple but they're also really effective.

So I will give you the four questions we'll journal on and if you haven't already make sure you grab something to write with and something to write on and then let's begin.

The first question is,

What is on my mind right now?

What is on my mind right now?

Question number two,

What's one thing I can let go of today?

What is one thing that I can let go of today?

Question number three,

What is one thing I want to focus on today?

What is one thing that I want to focus on today?

And number four,

What's one thing I'm grateful for today?

What is one thing I'm grateful for today?

Now remember your journaling session doesn't have to look a certain way.

You can modify these questions however you'd like.

Take as much or as little time as you need and continue to return this practice for at least seven days but you can do it as often as you like.

Many blessings on your journaling journey.
