This is a short body awareness meditation.

Get comfortable,

Sit in a comfortable posture,

Lying down,

Standing up,

Moving whatever feels natural and comfortable for you to bring awareness to your body.

So take a second to connect with the breath,

Noticing it wherever it feels most noticeable.

Notice the sensation of the breath,

Not the idea of the breath.

Aware of the hair on my head,

I breathe in,

Smiling to the hair on my head,

I breathe out,

Hair,

Smiling.

Aware of my eyes,

I breathe in,

Smiling to my eyes,

I breathe out.

Eyes,

Smiling.

Aware of my ears,

I breathe in,

Smiling to my ears,

I breathe out.

Ears,

Aware of my teeth,

I breathe in,

Smiling to my teeth,

I breathe out.

Aware of my smile,
