Heemali Inamdar

Heemali is a trauma-informed yoga teacher and women's holistic health coach specialising in nervous system regulation, reproductive health, and the body's memory of what the mind hasn't yet processed. Her work sits at the intersection of somatic movement, breath, and women's lived experience, the burnout, the hormonal chaos, the grief that lives in the body long after the event has passed. She draws from her own journey through reproductive trauma, chronic illness, and the kind of disconnection that no amount of talking your way through it can reach, a journey documented as part of the BBC StoryWorks production of The Shift. Having found her way back through embodied practice, moving, breathing, and learning to feel safe in her own body again, Heemali now guides women to do the same. Her classes are slow, intentional, and built around the understanding that healing doesn't happen from the neck up. She is also a published writer on reproductive trauma and women's health, a speaker at HLTH Europe, and the founder of Wellthy Workplace, a corporate wellbeing consultancy bringing trauma-informed practice into professional settings. Whether you're navigating burnout, hormonal shifts, pregnancy loss, or simply the accumulated weight of being a woman in a world that asks too much, her work creates space for your body to exhale.
