Having found her way back through embodied practice, moving, breathing, and learning to feel safe in her own body again, Heemali now guides women to do the same. Her classes are slow, intentional, and built around the understanding that healing doesn't happen from the neck up. She is also a published writer on reproductive trauma and women's health, a speaker at HLTH Europe, and the founder of Wellthy Workplace, a corporate wellbeing consultancy bringing trauma-informed practice into professional settings.
