Hello,

My name is Anna Marie from Heavenly Healing.

Welcome to my guided meditation for emotional focus.

Welcome to this beautiful meditation.

As you settle in,

Take a moment to find a truly comfortable position.

Either sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

As you exhale,

Allow your body and your mind to settle.

This time is for you to explore your emotions with curiosity and compassion.

Without judgment or attachment,

Begin by noticing any emotions that are present with you right now.

You don't need to label them,

Just observe what's here.

Are they feelings of happiness,

Sadness,

Anxiety or possibly calm.

Whatever emotions arise,

Allow them to be,

Without trying to change or suppress them.

If you notice a particular emotion,

Gently bring your attention to where it resides in your body.

Perhaps it's a tightness in your chest,

A flutter in your stomach or warmth in your heart.

Simply observe the physical sensations associated with the emotion,

Without attaching any story or judgment to it.

As you focus on your emotions,

Remind yourself that it's okay to feel whatever you're feeling.

Emotions are a natural part of being human and they definitely don't define you.

There's no need to push them away or even to hold on to them.

Just let them be as they are.

If your mind begins to wander,

Gently bring it back to the emotion you're focusing on.

Be kind to yourself,

Recognizing that all emotions,

Whether pleasant or unpleasant,

Are temporary.

They come and go like waves and your job is to simply observe them,

Without getting swept away.

Spend a few moments here,

Simply being with your emotions.

Allow yourself to feel whatever is present,

Without needing to fix or change anything.

Notice the ebb and the flow of your emotions and allow them to pass through you like clouds in the sky.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Let go of any remaining tension or emotional weight.

When you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back into the room and open your eyes.

I want you to remember that you can return to this practice whenever you need to connect with your emotions in a mindful and compassionate way.
