Welcome to Miracle Mondays!
I am so excited to have given this name.
I'm going to be showing up every Monday with you.
And I want to tell you a little bit about why I decided to call it Miracle Mondays,
Besides the fact that it's just fun to say Miracle Mondays and to imagine that we can kickstart our week with a miracle.
I am also a big fan of etymology.
So the word miracle comes from the Latin verb mirare.
Which means to wonder at,
To marvel,
To admire.
And,
You know,
We've got plenty of English derivatives.
I'm sure also Swedish,
If anybody else wants to let me know.
But in English,
It includes words like admire,
Right?
Or miracle.
So miracle is really about nurturing a sense of wonder and admiration.
And I just feel like that's an awesome way for us to start our week.
My joy and my work lies in helping you clear other people's energies from your mind and from your energy field so that you can come home to yourself.
I am a firm believer that each and every one of you is a walking miracle.
And I want you all to be able to daily,
If possible,
Have the experience of what it feels like to be in your own energy.
To have the pure experience of you.
To feel awe and wonder at your beauty.
To feel the miracle of your uniqueness.
And often to do that,
It's my experience in my own life,
But in the life of many of my private clients,
That to be able to feel ourselves and to be able to touch and revel in the flavor and the uniqueness of each of our individuality so that we can come together in independence,
We have to take some time to remove old habits and beliefs.
We have to take the time to remove other people's projections,
Expectations,
Other people's anxieties,
Other people's emotions.
We have to remove that from our energy field,
From our systems,
And from our minds so we can consistently,
I like to say,
Sort of update ourselves like we update our phone.
So the idea for Miracle Mondays is,
Like,
Let's do an update.
Let's do a reset and get ready for our week.
Just like we update our phone,
Resetting our system to be the miracles that each one of us are.
Okay,
Great.
So I will just do,
You can find,
Of course,
There's a biography on my profile if you're interested to know more,
But I do want to just give you a quick background on who I am and why I do what I do.
I am,
You know,
It's so hard to come up with exactly what's the title when you're working with energy,
But let me give you what I do and then you can come up with your own title.
So I have been seeing energy fields and feeling other people's bodies.
And when I say that,
What I mean is,
When I'm working with a client,
I can feel in my body where there's a blockage in their body.
And when I'm seeing,
I can see in their energy field what parts of that energy field actually belong to that person and what parts are sort of implanted ideas and projections of other people or even other people's energies.
So I've been doing this my whole life.
When I was younger,
I hated it because I recognized that not everybody was seeing and living the world in the same way.
And I was afraid it was going to set me apart and make me different and make me weird.
And,
You know,
On Maslow's triangle of needs,
Even before eating,
We have the need to belong.
And I felt like that was going to mean I didn't belong.
So I did my best for many,
Many years to tuck that away and pretend to just be what I was perceiving was just like everybody else.
Now,
As I've grown and as I've lived my life,
I recognize that nobody's like anybody else.
And that's the beauty of us all.
So I slowly,
Through many baptisms by fire and many,
Many different lives,
Came into what I believe that I am a natural at and I came here to do and to help.
But before that,
I had a life as an MTV VJ.
I worked on television across Europe,
London.
I also spoke Spanish at the time.
So I was also a VJ for MTV South America.
I had a live radio show in Italy with over 5 million listeners.
So,
You know,
Being in the public eye,
You know,
At first it was not comfortable for me.
By now,
I do feel more comfortable about it.
And I feel like it was a setup to help me come into the place where I am now to be able to speak to larger audiences and teach and help people understand how to clear their energy field so that they can be more fully themselves.
Right now,
I work mostly with private clients.
My clients are more often than not VIPs.
I have some rock stars,
Heads of companies,
CEOs.
And what I do with them,
For example,
When I'm working with,
Let's say,
A musician who has to be on stage in front of thousands and thousands of people,
I teach them to not take on all of that energy.
I teach them how to just maintain themselves as the strongest energy in the room so that they can sort of send out their good positive vibration,
Be the leading heartbeat in that room,
Which is going to be a blessing to everybody there,
But at the same time,
Not collect everybody else's energy that is out there.
And same when I'm working with a founder,
You know,
Many of you know what it's like.
You go to a boardroom and people are running high levels of anxiety,
Tons of polarity,
A lot of negativity,
A lot of arguing.
So when you learn how to run your complex,
What I work with is the body,
Nervous system,
Or a complex.
That means you want your body,
You want to be close to your body.
You don't want to be disembodied.
Your nervous system,
You want to be in relationship with it so that if it's in hyper arousal,
You can bring it back to regulation.
If it's in hypo,
Which is freeze,
You can bring it back into regulation because it's in that window of tolerance in that regulated space that we can actually make beautiful decisions.
It's in that regulated space where you can feel more pleasure.
It's even,
You know,
If you want to talk about making love,
It's only when you're in the regulation that you can actually have the orgasm and feel good,
Right?
So that's what I do.
I help people come back into the window of tolerance.
I help people learn to feel where is their nervous system running.
Is it in fight or flight?
What do I need to do to bring it back into regulation?
Is it in freeze?
What can I do to bring it back into regulation?
Same with the body.
Is this anxiety or this overwhelm so overwhelming that I pop out of my body,
That I leave my body,
And when I leave my body,
I'm disengaged.
I used to do this a lot when I was presenting on stage,
Say,
Or presenting in front of 30,
000 people.
I tell this story a lot.
I was so scared because I'm not an entertainer.
I'm not made for quote-unquote fame.
It's not something that gives me energy.
It makes me feel scared.
So I would get on stage,
And I would have so much anxiety and overwhelm that I would just literally leave my entire system.
I would just leave.
I can't tell you half of the things I did on MTV because the overwhelm and the fear in my body was uncomfortable,
And I would leave.
But over the years,
What I've done is I've learned how to stay in my body,
How to stay close to myself,
How to not abandon myself when myself needs me,
Right?
So when you're having anxiety or grief or sadness or anger or any of these emotions that are producing an activation in your body,
Part of what I work with is helping you stay in the body and working with the emotion so that you don't go into anxiety,
Right?
Because anxiety really comes when you press down an emotion that you don't want to feel or you leave your body to not feel the emotion,
And the anxiety is like an alarm.
It's like,
Come back,
Come back to me,
Come back to me.
We have an emotion we have to feel.
I need you to be close to me.
So that's what we do with the body.
And then there's the aura,
The energy field.
I use these terms interchangeably.
I can say energy field or aura,
You pick whichever you like.
But the idea is that your body is the tip of the iceberg.
Your aura is the part of the iceberg that you don't see,
Right?
So whatever's happening underneath is the foundation of what comes into form.
So we want to keep our energy field clear.
And by nature,
We're human beings and we're going to consistently be getting our energy in each other's field.
It's just the nature of being together.
But what we want to become good at is how to clear it out.
So let's get into our Miracle Monday.
I'm going to start it off with a question.
How many of you,
When you see your friend,
Your partner,
Your lover,
Your co-worker,
Like looking off into space,
Or you see them shift the way they're holding their body,
Or maybe they're not answering in the timing that you would like,
Go to like,
What's wrong?
What's wrong?
Or you see your girlfriend,
And maybe she's just sitting back and thinking,
And you're like,
What's wrong?
How many of you do that?
Right?
We all do that.
I mean,
We've been programmed to do that.
I do that still,
Right?
Or inversely,
What if somebody looks at you in what you perceive?
Yeah,
With the kids,
Teresa,
Totally.
It's like,
What's wrong?
What's wrong?
And or your kid looks at you funny,
Or somebody looks at you and what you're perceiving in a new way,
And you're going to say to them,
How many of you go like,
What's wrong?
Like,
As in,
What's wrong with me?
Is there like something on my face?
Is my,
Are my clothes weird?
Am I standing funny?
Did I say something wrong?
Like,
How many of you in these different scenarios have that quick question ready to go that is,
What's wrong?
Yes,
The teen attitude is like,
Constantly parents are like,
What's wrong?
What's wrong?
What's wrong?
Which makes the teen attitude even more attitudy,
Correct?
Teresa,
You walk on eggshells.
Well,
We're going to change that today.
We don't want anybody to walk on eggshells because walking on eggshells is akin to being activated and triggered all the time,
Like waiting for the next shoe to drop.
It's like stimulates the amygdala,
The fear response in your lower brain,
And will cut off your access to your rational brain,
And it's just an uncomfortable way to live.
And I get it because,
You know,
I do this work and I'm certainly much better at it,
And I get better and better and better as,
You know,
As you learn these things,
I want you all to know,
Like,
They compound on themselves.
Like,
Sometimes it's a slow burn,
And sometimes when we're tired and tapped out,
They can come up again.
But,
Yeah,
These are things that you can build on.
So,
Right,
We ask what's wrong.
And it's totally natural because we've all been hardwired with a bit of,
I guess we could call it negativity bias,
Right?
Because from the beginning of time,
We have been invited to look for and to respond to potential threats in our environment.
So,
You know,
You can think of your ancestors or your ancestors' ancestors' ancestors,
Right?
In a seriously dangerous world,
Being attuned to negative cues can really increase your chances of survival.
So there's that part that's sort of hardwired,
Right?
And the other part that we've just experimented with is that catch-all phrase,
When anything is,
You know,
When anything is just not exactly how we're perceiving it,
It's just a great leading question.
What's wrong?
So we all have this negativity bias and this habit of asking what's wrong.
But again,
What I was saying before,
Looking for what's wrong plays a crucial role in the brain's threat detection system and in the nervous system.
So if you have an unconscious habit of constantly scanning the environment for potential dangers or threats,
Sooner or later,
Your amygdala,
The emotional part of the brain,
That when it perceives that something's wrong is gonna just trigger the body's stress response,
Preparing you to react for a perceived threat.
So the idea is in today's world,
Our nervous system is constantly being triggered.
Our vagus nerves are like not as toned as we would probably like them to be.
And most people have really high levels of cortisol.
So if on top of that,
You have the automation of asking what's wrong,
You're gonna have higher,
Exactly higher levels of cortisol,
Which will send you either in hyperarousal.
So again,
We're window of tolerance for nervous system,
Just like Teresa's saying,
Hyperarousal,
Which is fight or flight,
Or inversely,
Some people go into hypoarousal,
Which is the freeze response.
So a lot of the work that I do,
Most of the work that I do,
Is just aimed at lowering anxiety,
Lowering stress,
And lowering overwhelm.
And let's say the way that I work are just little different ways to invite you out of reactionary fear responses that begin to process in the lower brain and invite your nervous system to go into the window of tolerance,
Your body to go into a relaxed state,
You to stay embodied,
And your brain to move you into a more rational method of looking at XYZ system,
Okay?
So I also often like to share this.
As I was talking about the system that I work with,
The body nervous system,
Or a complex,
That's a complex where your system is constantly receiving information,
Right?
We're not just receiving information from our brain.
So the first part of this is,
I don't want anybody to feel like you have to get everything I'm talking about,
Or when we move to the energetic clearing,
That you have to understand it 100%.
Invite yourself this Miracle Monday into the space that you have an incredible reception system.
You're receiving through your body,
You're receiving through your skin,
You're receiving through your energy system.
You're constantly receiving information.
And when the time is right,
It's gonna bubble up to your mind,
To your brain,
To come into consciousness.
So,
You know,
Most of what I share,
Somewhere in your system,
You already know.
It's already within your awareness,
Somewhere in your field of perception.
So today's class is in service to bringing into focus what you already know,
But perhaps haven't had the time or the wherewithal to fully acknowledge it.
So if you're here,
You likely enjoy the idea of getting out of old habits old modalities and into your highest trajectories,
Which is what we're gonna be doing with Miracle Monday,
Just updating ourselves like we update our phone.
So today,
I wanna talk about what a lot of people are resonating with.
And that is with two different realities at the same time.
So stick with me here.
Reality one,
You might be feeling under-resourced,
Under-equipped to handle everything that's coming at you.
You're unfamiliar with what empty space feels like.
You're experiencing higher levels of self-doubt than normal.
And maybe you're struggling to find clarity and focus.
That might be one of the realities you're facing.
Go ahead and hit the hearts if you can relate to any of those.
Struggling with clarity and focus,
Feeling overwhelmed,
Under-resourced.
And then I know all of you also have a parallel reality going,
Which is sort of a paradox,
Is who is totally dedicated to living fully?
Who of you know that somehow this sense of overwhelm and burnout don't have to be part of your game?
Like you may be feeling overwhelmed,
Or you're like,
Hmm,
This shouldn't be like this.
And also,
How many of you feel like you've made some big changes?
You've come into some major awarenesses,
Like you're ready to soar,
And are kind of like,
Why isn't it happening?
And the last part of reality two is you're more than ready to experience more pleasure.
Right,
So I'm gonna sort of unpack the difference between these two reality.
Reality one,
The overwhelm,
You're running somebody else's energy,
And it's leading you to consistently ask the question,
What's wrong?
And reality two,
You're running your own energy,
And you're more attuned to asking the question of,
What's right?
So what is the foundation of moving into the what's wrong habit?
The foundation,
And also running other people's energy.
It's overwhelm,
Self-doubt,
And confusion.
These are indicators that you're operating under the influence of somebody else's energy within your field,
And all of these beget the question,
What's wrong?
So let's just unpack these three things.
The first is,
Who's been feeling overwhelmed?
Okay,
Louise,
I see you.
Farnaz,
I see you too.
Okay,
So listen to this.
I'm gonna give you a key,
And it's gonna be amazing.
Yeah,
Lisa,
You start to think it's part of life,
And it kind of is,
Because we are just coming into a space,
An evolutionary space,
Where the information is coming online around how to separate your energy from other people's energy,
Right?
So listen to this.
Feeling overwhelmed is quite literally being overwhelmed with what's not yours to process.
It happens when your field is full of other people's projections,
Other people's worries,
Other people's expectations,
Their timetables,
Their to-do lists,
Their narratives,
Their emotions,
Okay?
It's like,
Our fields have been so weakened by the rush,
Rush,
Rush,
By there's so much information coming at you all the time.
You know what's happening in Milan,
You know what's happening in China,
The barriers that we had even a few years ago,
Even around news or traveling,
They're gone.
And so you have like,
Just imagine what that's like for your system.
You're just a barrage of everybody else's stuff.
And what that does,
It's sort of like,
Do you say a vicious cycle?
I was gonna say like cat eating its tail,
But I can't remember if that's in English or Italian.
So it's like a vicious cycle.
It's like,
We have this onslaught of information and in the onslaught of all this information,
Your field goes down and now you're just collecting even your family members or your coworkers,
Everybody's anxieties and everybody's collecting everybody's anxieties.
So even if I were to say to you,
Hey,
Stop,
Feel the emotion,
Process the emotion,
I would never tell you that until you first cleared your field of everybody else's emotion.
Cause I mean,
That's another sense of overwhelm.
People are like,
I'm not gonna feel my emotions and I get it,
You're not.
Because you don't wanna process this over level of emotion of everybody else's stuff in your system,
Right?
So step one is always just dog chasing its tail.

Step one is clearing out everybody else's stuff.
Because as I was telling before,
Body nervous system or a complex,
We each actually have the wherewithal to process the tensions and the complexities of our own lives,
Of our own emotions,
Of our own problems.
It's okay,
It's part of life.
We have an incredible and resilient system,
This nervous system,
Body and aura system that has the full capability to resolve our problems and help us enjoy life when it's running clear.
So it's when we have our system running clear that we can access it and reduce the overwhelm.
I just want you to,
I want you guys to know that enmeshment with other people's energy,
It has a feeling and that feeling is overwhelm.
This is true.
I want you to know that when you feel overwhelmed,
You're just feeling enmeshment.
So to feel better,
We wanna transmute enmeshment energies and move them into interdependence energies.
And this is what it looks like.
I'm happy we're on video.
Enmeshment,
So like here's my field and here's your field.
And we may really like each other,
Right?
But then we enmesh naturally.
And now you're running a little bit of my energy in your field.
I'm running a little bit of your energy in my field.
And then we start doing that with a lot of people and then there's all these energies and it's gonna be really,
Really difficult to figure out what's yours to process and what belongs to others.
What we wanna do is we wanna clear and transmute these enmeshment energies into interdependence energies where I'm running my energy clear,
You're running your energy clear and we can be available to each other without running each other's stuff.
Yeah,
That's it.
We can also say that enmeshment is a loss of self and that's where loneliness,
The sense of loneliness can come in or the sense of just not being able to handle it because you have lost the closeness with yourself,
Right?
It's sort of a self-abandonment.
So that's overwhelmed.
That's one of the foundations of when you're gonna move to what's wrong because if you're running everybody's energy,
It's gonna be hard to be like,
What's right?
Because you're gonna be like,
What is right?
I can't even see through it.
So yes,
The concept of interdependence.
I'm gonna say this one more time.
Actually,
I wonder if I can write this in the chat.
Let's see.
To feel better,
We wanna transmute enmeshment energies into interdependence energies.
And one other thing I wanna leave you guys with is this.
Feeling overwhelmed is quite literally being overwhelmed by what's not yours to process,
Okay?
So that's number one of running other people's energies.
Number two is self-doubt.
Self-doubt is the ugly stepsister to the healthier self-inquiry.
So everybody here who's on timer is here for self-inquiry.
I don't want anybody to be on here thinking that they have to change or become a better person or that there's something wrong.
It's just self-inquiry.
Like what can we remove so that we can have more space for joy and pleasure?
So the ugly stepsister self-doubt,
She's ushered in through unwanted partnership with other people's energies,
Just like a wicked stepmother.
So when you begin to doubt yourself,
Your abilities,
Your personal value,
This is an indication that someone else's energies and thought forms are affecting you.
These are the judgments,
The expectations,
The projections of society,
Even your ancestors,
Your family,
Your job,
Your lover,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah.
And I say blah,
Blah,
Blah because that's what self-doubt will do to your vitality.
It will turn it down.
It will turn it blah.
So again,
We wanna clear everybody else's expectations and value systems from your energy field so you can clear the levels of self-doubt that seem insurmountable and return to the more productive state of self-inquiry.
So again,
Clear the levels.
I wanna see if I can write this.
Clear the levels of self-doubt.
Okay,
Let's just pause and talk to Pamela for a second who's making a really awesome point.
Pamela,
Thanks for writing.
So Pamela said,
I went to see family.
I went on a family trip for a week and I was drained when I left trying to make everyone happy,
Was so glad to be back home.
And then she continues,
It was my own fault not being able to take space.
So Pamela,
A couple of things.
It's like you have the consciousness to see why you got drained,
Right?
And then you go and sort of like give yourself a slap on the hand by saying it's your own fault for not being able to take space.
Um,
But here's the thing.
Nobody's taught us how to do that.
First of all,
Pamela,
If you are identifying as a woman and have a female biological system,
You are gonna have a natural tendency to feel responsible for everybody.
This is,
I'm gonna talk about this in another class.
But,
And men as well,
But women have an exceptional extra tendency to feel responsible for everybody else.
And if somebody doesn't teach you how to tame that and how to bolster your field and be able to put up,
Before you put up verbal boundaries,
You put up energetic boundaries and that makes it easier and safer to then put up verbal boundaries.
So I just want you to,
I really invite you to not make it your fault and to just become curious about what it is you can do from here forward to learn how to support yourself,
To continually separate and clear your field of your family's energy.
And I really,
I guarantee that you will not feel as frazzled afterwards.
So third thing that leads to the question,
What's wrong?
And third thing that is an indicator that you are running other people's energy.
So we have the first thing,
It's over,
If you're feeling overwhelmed,
Other people's energy.
If you're feeling self-doubt,
It's other people's ideas,
Projections,
And values.
And if you're feeling confused,
It's still other people's energy.
Because imagine,
It's hard to find your own clear thoughts when everyone else's thoughts are lodged in your crown center,
Right?
So we have an energy center here around our mind and it's our crown center and it can get full up with everybody else's thoughts.
And this can be what other people are thinking of you,
How other people are experiencing you,
Other people's opinions about the state of the world or their opinions about how you should be thinking about the state of the world.
Maybe your political party is suggesting you think about something in a certain way.
Your teachers or your gurus are asking you to think in a certain way.
The list goes on of the requests to your mind to fill your mind with other people's ideas.
And then we add to that what I was talking about earlier,
Social media,
Overflow of information,
Endless content.
And you can see how there is quickly little space left for your own clear contemplation.
So with this,
I'm not suggesting that you never have your own thoughts.
I'm just offering a roadmap back to them.
So when you struggle to find clarity,
It suggests that other people's energies,
Expectations,
Projections,
Or personal problems are in your energy field.
So I would say,
Let's move to a clearing so that you guys can have the personal Monday miracle of feeling what it feels like to be free of everybody else's energies,
To be free of everybody else's thought forms,
To feel inside your body,
And to move this week to consciously decide to start asking people what's right.
Even if somebody looks at you funny and be like,
Hmm,
What's right?
Does my hair look good?
What's right?
Does my jacket look good?
What's right?
Did I say something good?
So let me just answer Amma quickly.
Clearing energetically makes it easier to put up your own boundaries.
Yes.
So there's a big conversation out there these days about keep your boundaries,
Keep your boundaries,
Keep your boundaries,
And I'm on board.
It is important for us to learn how to hold our boundaries.
But what I have experienced in my own life and with my clients,
If your energy field doesn't have its own boundaries,
It's going to be like working overtime because you'll be saying to people,
Hey,
Don't cross XYZ boundary,
But your energy boundary is down and it's going to be like double messaging and it's going to be so tiring.
So when we talk about energetic boundaries,
One thing that I talk about a lot and one of the first things I talk about actually with my private clients is eradicating the idea that energy vampires exist because energy vampires actually don't exist.
Nobody can vampire your energy if your energy field isn't open to them vampiring it,
Right?
So and you are not going to be inundated by other people's negative energy if your energy is strong,
If you're in your body,
If your nervous system is regulated.
So remember,
We can ask our family members,
Our friends,
We can ask them to change people that hurt our feelings,
We can ask them to change,
We can tell them they hurt our feelings,
We can shame them,
We can do everything,
But nothing's really going to change for you until you become aware of what you're running in your field,
Learn how to clear it and bolster it,
Give yourself some tricks in your back pocket to how you can get into a regulated nervous system when you're in fight or flight or when you're in freeze,
For example.
There's so many things,
So many breathing practices,
So many postures.
There's also a lot of tools out there that people can use.
I on my website even offer free emails that talk about things that you can do every day for that.
So you want to be able to do those things.
What should I say to him?
A straight no,
It's not easy to say no.
Again,
Yes,
It's not easy to say no.
You can say,
Sorry,
Can't help with this time.
Yeah,
Exactly.
And those are also things you can,
You know,
I worked for a long time with NVC,
Nonviolent communication,
Because I was so scared to set boundaries that I actually had to use a script.
And that's okay.
You know,
Those are like training wheels.
And at a certain point when you're done with your training wheels,
You'll move into a space where you're doing it moment by moment according to what you need.
So how about we do this clearing?
We're going to balance.
We're going to regulate our nervous systems.
We're going to come into our bodies and we're going to clear our energy field.
Great.
So feet flat on the ground.
I really like you to have your feet flat on the ground.
So you have just a good grounding.
You can do this standing up if you prefer or seated.
And you can have your eyes open or close.
I like to close my eyes,
But you do what feels safe.
And I just want you to all start by bringing your awareness to your jaw and just softening the jaw.
And now just bring yourself into a slow and deep breath.
Inhale deep into the belly.
Exhale.
We're going to do that a few more times.
I want you to press your belly out,
Inhaling deep and low.
And hold that air down there and then just soften your jaw and your lips and let the air gently escape through your mouth.
Inhale deep into your belly.
Hold the air down there and gently let it release through a soft jaw.
Pressing your belly out,
Inhale deep into your lower belly.
Now hold that air down there and turn it bright white light like a lightning.
And gently just let it seep out of your belly through your pores.
Inhale deep into your belly.
Turn that into a bright white sphere and press that white light down your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your feet,
And let it just escape from the inside out.
Out through your pores.
And we're going to do that again.
Inhale into your deep belly.
Bright white sphere.
Press that white light down through your hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your feet,
And just let it escape from the inside out,
Pushing out any toxins from your tissues.
Inhale into your deep belly.
Turn a bright white light.
Press it down through your hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your legs.
Just let it collect any tension in your tissues and just gently press it out from the inside,
Out through your pores,
Out into your aura.
And we'll clean that up in just a second.
Inhale into your deep belly.
Turn that bright white light and now bring it up through your torso,
Your chest,
Your lungs,
Your heart,
Shoulders,
Your back,
Down your arms,
Your fingers,
And just let it release.
Inhale deep into your belly.
Turn it white.
Bring it up through your body,
Your upper body,
Down your back,
Your neck,
Up through your face,
Out through your hair,
Every strand,
Bright white light.
Inhale into your deep belly.
Turn a bright white light.
Extend it through your whole torso,
Your chest,
Your shoulder,
Your scapula,
Your neck,
Your throat,
Your face,
Your hair,
Your hands.
Just let it release any toxins.
And then one final time into your belly.
Make it brighter and whiter than ever and press it through your whole body.
Just see your whole body,
Your light body,
Inside your material body.
And press it out through your pores,
Pressing out any toxins.
And we're going to look at that light body two more times.
Inhale bright white light into your belly.
Press your belly out.
Extend that white light to every nook and cranny,
Every corner of the inside of your body,
Out through your hair,
Down through your toes.
And just let that escape,
Pressing out any tension out through your pores.
Inhale into your bright white light body.
Just make it bright white.
See yourself as a light body.
And then press that light out into your aura.
All the tension,
We're just moving it out,
Back into your field.
And now I want you to imagine the deep center of the energetic earth.
And just that this center is just a nurturing matrix of soil.
And just out of that nurturing matrix,
I want you to pull up a grounding core,
Just a beautiful root,
Dark green.
Just pull that root up out from the center of the earth and go ahead and have it anchor into your center.
And now I want you to imagine the deep center of the energetic earth.
And now I want you to imagine the deep center of your hips,
Grounding you safely into the nurturing earth.
And now just make that core just a little bit wider.
And now watch as any toxins that we've pressed out of your body gently drain out down this grounding core.
Very good.
And now I want you to imagine the deep center of the energetic earth.
And now I want you to imagine that you're sitting inside of your aura.
Just imagine you're inside this beautiful bubble.
Go ahead and smooth out the edges.
You want to make it as wide as your outstretched arms.
And just either with your arms or with your mind's eye or your energetic hands,
Just gently smooth out the edges of this aura.
And now I want you to imagine the deep center of your energy field of yours.
Go ahead and allow anybody else's energy to sort of light up.
Anybody else's programs,
Expectations,
Anybody else's emotions and projections,
Anybody else's ideas,
They're just going to light up.
And as they do,
They're going to begin dropping out down this grounding core to be neutralized by the earth.
Everybody else's energy,
Down your grounding core and just allow your energy to begin to clear.
And just keep lighting up and draining out,
Lighting up other people's energies,
Lighting up any contracts,
Any ideas of yourself that no longer match who you are.
Go ahead and let those drain out down your grounding core.
Anything that does not match your highest trajectories and outcomes are just going to gently drain out down your grounding core,
Along with anything you pushed out of your body,
Any tensions and complexities draining out,
Being neutralized down into the earth.
And now for good measure,
We're going to do another clearing.
We're going to call up life-size magnets outside the edges of your aura,
One in front,
One behind,
One on either side,
One above and one below.
Perfectly outside your spherical aura and you're going to turn those on to clear.
And those magnets are going to begin to hum and they're just going to hum out anything that doesn't belong to you.
Any debris,
Any riffraff,
Any trash,
Any tension,
Anybody else's energies just gently being called to the edges of your aura and into these magnets to be neutralized by consciousness.
Just take a deep breath with a soft jaw.
Just let yourself relax in this space.
Allow yourself to feel the freshness.
Allow any colors,
Any awareness,
Bring your awareness to the front of your forehead and gently just look around this clear field.
Just allow yourself to feel,
Does it have a color,
A tone,
A sound,
A symbol?
If anything else needs to be cleared,
Just send them out to those magnets and when you're done,
Just let those magnets drop.
And now we're going to recall your energy that you've left in other people's energy fields or in other places you've been.
So create a golden sun right above your head,
A perfect golden sphere.
And at the center of that sphere is a very powerful magnet.
Each one of you has your own specific magnet with your own specific tone matching you.
And just turn that on to recall.
And now just sit back and watch as your energies are gently being recalled from your family's energy fields,
From your friends,
From your enemies,
From any conversations you've had that are unfinished,
From any questions.
Calling your energy back from all of the places you visited.
I want you to call your energy back right now from any to-do lists,
Anything you've done before now and have to do after now.
Call your energy back from past and future timelines.
Just watch as all of your energy gently streams back into this magnet into this golden sphere to be recalibrated and updated.
And now I want you to call into this golden sphere the beautiful question,
What's right?
Just bring that question in,
Allow it to update.
And as we bring that golden sun down through your head and into the throne of your heart,
It's gonna open up and all of your energies are gonna filter out and settle up in and around your body,
Your tissues,
Your cells,
Your energy field.
You don't need to tell them where to go.
They know exactly how to settle up and reconstitute the full you.
And as the what's right question settles in your crown,
The what's wrong questions are gonna gently drain out down your grounding cord.
No need.
And you can just imagine there's a little ticker tape going around your crown.
And it's just saying,
What's right?

Just updating your system to start to look for the things that are right in you,
In your life,
In your relationships.
No pressure.
This isn't a should.
This isn't a must.
It's just a place to be.
It's just a playful option.
And I want you to imagine your crown now,
That crown space above your head.
And just go ahead and run that at gold and open to life as it is.
When you run that at gold,
You're not gonna collect other people's thoughts.
So go ahead and pull your crown out of anybody else's space at the same time.
You can imagine just like a queen or a king,
Just picking up your crown and pulling it back,
Running it at gold and clearing it of other people's thoughts and softening your jaw.
Go ahead and from that grounding cord,
Pull up the perfect amount of earth energy right now for you.
And from the center of the cosmos,
Invite down a golden stream of energy to pour in through the top of your aura in through your head or down through your body like honey and just fill up in your aura and in your body,
Any spaces that have been cleared of other people's energies.
You just wanna cauterize all of those spaces with this loving,
Golden,
Wise,
Cosmic energy so that you're just receiving nutrients from the earth and from the cosmos and just allow yourself to be rejuvenated and refilled.
And now I want you to breathe in through your nose,
Softening your jaw and allow that breath to ripple down your spine as an invite into pleasure.
With your very own breath,
You can massage the inside of your body and just release it through a soft jaw.
And as you do that,
Just thank your body for being willing to change.
And thank your energy field for being willing to clear and to update.
And take a moment to take a look at yourself in this clear field,
Feel what it feels like.
Thank your crown for being willing to clear and to anchor that,
Just bring a smile to your face.

Just a neurological reminder of who you are and all the things that are right about you,
All of your uniqueness,
All of your glory,
Everything wonderful you bring to the world.
And when you're ready,
Just gently blink your eyes open and bringing your awareness to something in the room,
Just bring your focus to the different colors of an object,
The different tones,
The different shades,
And bringing your awareness to the center of your head.
Give your legs a squeeze.
Go ahead and wiggle your toes.
You can just switch polarities.
You can just switch polarities.
If you can find the edge of your clavicle,
You come to the edge of your clavicle right below your throat and bring your fingers down just about an inch and find that little hole and just press.
There you go.
We're gonna just switch polarities and bring you fully into your body.
And if it feels good,
You can stand up and touch the sky and touch your feet.
You can also have in to just let your body know that you're here and you do that by touching your shoulders with opposite arms and just running those down the back of your arms to your elbows.
Just give yourself a good havening.
So I want to let you know that there's a sequence to feeling better faster.
And it starts by a deep and slow breathing to regulate the nervous system,
Followed by grounding and clearing your energy to just clear your energy field and your aura.
You pull your crown chakra out of other people's spaces to reset your mind.
And then you get into your body.
You enjoy your body to reconnect to your pleasure and your wisdom.
