We've all heard that when one door closes, another one opens. Do you have doors that you're willing to close? Weight that you're tired of carrying? Stressors that you're ready to release? In this 36-minute (and 36-second) affirmation meditation, I will guide you through the process of relaxing into a meditative state, recognizing what you'd like to let go of or cycles you'd like to exit, letting go to open space in your heart and mind, and finally, welcoming in your next chapter of life. I've created a backing track of healing music that enhances this meditation. Use headphones for the full binaural experience. Repeat this exercise whenever you feel yourself slipping into old habits or having trouble letting go of things that no longer serve you. You'll find this especially beneficial during any pivotal point in life -- a new calendar year, a career change, a move, a birthday, the start of a new relationship, etc.
