I am just so grateful to be practicing with you today.
So just find a cozy spot to settle in at this moment and get comfortable and if it feels okay gently close your eyes,
Like closing the windows to your soul just for a moment of quiet reflection.
Begin to turn inward slowly,
Becoming aware of the gentle touch of the earth beneath you and the soft support holding you up.
So let's start by letting go of whatever happened before this moment.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and as you slowly exhale through your mouth,
Feel yourself landing safely in the here and now.
Use your breath to continue to soften and then shift your awareness from the thoughts in your head to the gentle beating of your heart.
Notice the sounds around you,
The feeling of the air on your skin and take a moment to find a position that is comfortable for you.
There's no rush,
My friend,
So settle in and soften into the stillness and if you'd like,
Find a soft gaze and if you'd like,
Find a soft gaze,
A point of focus to anchor your awareness.
So my friend,
Have you ever felt the weight of a toxic environment and a toxic space clinging to you,
Draining your energy and really dimming your light?
It's so okay to feel overwhelmed or burdened and it makes sense to feel this way,
But what if together we could release that weight and rediscover your inner peace?
Now if you're comfortable,
Picture yourself standing on a sturdy bridge.
This bridge connects you to the toxic elements that have been holding you back.
Notice how heavy it looks,
My friend.
It's a lot to carry.
If it feels okay,
Take one step onto that bridge and hear it creak beneath your feet.
If it feels okay,
Take one step onto the bridge.
Can you hear it creak beneath your feet?
That's okay.
As you walk,
Imagine the negativity and the stress falling off the bridge and dissolving into the river below.
Keep walking,
My friend.
Each step is a conscious choice to let go,
A choice to prioritize you and if your mind wanders during this time,
It's okay.
Just bring it back to the present moment.
Bring it back to your breath.
So keep walking on this bridge,
Releasing what is no longer serving you,
Throwing it into the river and keep walking.
So as you continue to walk,
Keep letting go of what no longer serves you and just throw it into the river and as you keep walking,
You just keep releasing and releasing and releasing step by step and now you've reached the other side.
The bridge is now behind you.
Can you feel the lightness of your being and the freedom that just comes from releasing what no longer serves you?
Breathe in the fresh air on the other side of this bridge,
My friend,
And release.
You did it.
I wonder as you stand here,
Free from all those burdens,
What new possibilities open up for you?
What dreams have been waiting for you?
Research shows letting go of toxic environments can have a profound impact on our well-being.
It can reduce stress,
Improve our mood,
And even strengthen our immune system.
So as we come to a close,
Notice any shifts within you.
Become aware of the you that is here,
Lighter and freer.
Witness the contrast between the you that entered the space and the you that is emerging.
If your heart could speak,
What would it say?
Maybe it would whisper words of gratitude,
Self-compassion,
And maybe some newfound hope.
Notice how your body feels today.
Maybe there's a sense of ease,
Openness,
And renewed energy.
Remember,

That you are not alone.
Keep letting go and find more of what brings you joy.
You are so capable and deserving of a life filled with joy,
Peace,
And love.
Remember to take this journey moment by moment and bit by bit.
