Hello my name is Annabelle and in today's meditation we are going to be talking all about beliefs of the sacral center.
The sacral center is where we have our pleasure,
Our creativity,
Our femininity,
Our ability to receive and if we aren't able to balance all these things in our life it's likely due to a sacral center issue.
So let's bring ourselves back to balance,
Honor ourselves with these belief changes.
I recommend coming back every single day this week and repeating these so that they change your subconscious because these aren't just affirmations,
They're belief changes.
Our belief system creates our habits,
It creates our mindset and our habits and our mindset create our entire life.
So let's get the foundation right today.
Taking a deep breath in,
Exhaling completely,
Another deep breath.
Relaxing on your exhale and once more.
Now say these with emotion,
Say them with feeling and anything that feels uncomfortable,
Repeat throughout the day to change your subconscious.
Let's get started.
I embrace my creativity,
I embrace my passion,
I am honest about my desires,
I honor my emotions,
I am in touch with my sensuality,
I love receiving pleasure,
It is safe for me to receive pleasure,
I am open to experiencing new things,
My emotions are my teachers,
I am connected to my emotions,
It is safe to express my feelings,
I am worthy of pleasure,
I am worthy of joy,
I release the shame and guilt around my sexuality,
I embrace the pleasure in my sexuality,
I trust my instincts,
It is easy to follow my intuition,
I trust my feelings,
It is safe for me to want,
I am in tune with my emotions,
I am open to exploring my desires,
I honor my creative energy,
I embrace my femininity,
I am free to express myself authentically,
I embrace the flow of life,
I release my fear of intimacy,
I embrace my vulnerability,
I am deserving of pleasure,
I am comfortable with my emotions,
I am free to express my desires,
I allow myself to play,
I allow myself to have fun,
I am at peace with myself,
I love myself.
And taking a deep breath in,
Embracing all of these new beliefs,
Finding which out of all of these felt the most uncomfortable to say and repeating it for the rest of the day before coming back and solidifying these new thoughts into your subconscious.
