Its energy is pure and soft.
Starting with the top of your head.
Imagine the light melting away any tension or stress.
Anything this light touches,
It relaxes.
And brings a sense of peace too.
Feel this light begin to wash down your body.
Melting away any tension it encounters.
It touches every cell of your being.
Illuminating you into a calm and peaceful state.
Begin to feel your limbs feel heavy.
Connecting with the earth beneath them.
Allowing gravity.
Feel yourself deepening your relaxation with every breath.
Allow yourself to let go completely.
Surrendering to the present moment.
And allowing it to envelop you in its gentle embrace.
You are sinking deeper into relaxation.
The stress and tension is melting away.
Any thoughts that may arise gently melt away.
You are safe in the here and the now.
The present moment is inviting and warm.
Begin to slowly scan your body.
With a humble gratitude.
Starting with the tips of your toes.
Bring your awareness to them.
And say thank you.
Moving up to your calves and your shins.
Bring your awareness to them.
Take a moment to say thank you.

Moving up to the knees and the thighs.
Bring your present awareness to them.
Take a moment to say thank you.
Moving up to the hips.
The pelvis.
So many of our emotions are stored in our hips.
Take a moment to say thank you.
Moving up to your navel point.
Bringing your present awareness to this area.

Moving up to your chest.
Bring your present awareness to this area.
Take a moment now to say thank you.
Moving up to your shoulders.
Bring your awareness into them.
And take a moment to say thank you.
Moving down to your arms.
Bring your awareness to your arms.
And say thank you.
Take a moment and then say thank you.
Bringing your awareness to your jaw.
Take a moment and say thank you.
Bringing your awareness to your face.
Your eyes,
Your cheeks,
Your nose,
Your mouth.
Bring your awareness to these areas.
And say thank you.
And take a moment to just have gratitude for your body.
For all it does for us and continues to do.
For the amazing things it lets us do.
For being our vessel in this life.
For being our vessel in this life.
See if there's any last points of tension or stress that need to be released.
Breathe into them.
Sending them serenity and peace.
And exhale the tension and stress out once more.
Bringing the awareness back to the breath.
Noticing its natural rhythmic flow.
Begin to inhale gratitude.
Inhaling gratitude.

If they arise again once more,
Just guide your attention back to the breath and lovingly let them go.
As my voice fades out and you are held by the sounds of the bowls,
Allow yourself to go on the journey you are meant to.
Holding yourself in a loving gratitude.
Releasing anything that may come up that does not serve you into the sounds of the bowls.
To be transformed into a higher frequency.
Allow yourself to come back into the present moment.
Gently arriving in the here and now.
Allow your mind to become fully present in the moment.
In the present,
Coming back into this feeling of relaxation.
Back to this feeling of gratitude.
Knowing you are worthy of love and appreciation.
Exactly as you are.
As the breath deepens,
You come back into your body.
You may wish to bring gentle movement into the body.
Wiggling the fingers and the toes.
Maybe allowing for a gentle stretch.
Gradually,
We reawaken.
Awakening the body into the world around you.
Bring yourself back.
No rush at all.
You may gently open your eyes and come back into the room.
