Hello and welcome to this rest and reset sound bath.

My name is Hannah and I'm honored to be guiding you on a sound healing and meditation journey today.

So take a moment and allow yourself to get comfortable.

Finding a comfortable place of stillness,

Allow your body to settle in.

As we go through this journey,

You can move and adjust as needed.

Welcoming yourself into the present moment.

I'm just beginning by taking a sacred inhale and exhale through the mouth,

Allowing the body to soften.

Continuing to notice the breath,

We notice we do so with a gentle curiosity,

We do so without judgment or attachment.

Feeling free to stay here as long as you want,
