Hello and welcome to this heart opening sound bath.
My name is Hannah and today I'm going to be guiding you through a beautiful sound bath to open and expand your heart space.
So please find a comfortable place to lay down or sit.
Allow your body to settle in to a comfortable place of stillness.
If it feels safe and comfortable you may gently close your eyes or you may wish to find a place to rest a soft gaze.
But allow your body to relax completely,
Making any final adjustments you may need.
Begin to notice the breath.
The breath is sacred life force energy that sustains us every day.
Begin to notice how it feels to breathe in that sacred life force energy and begins to wander.
Bring it back to the sounds of the bowls and my voice.
Begin to notice the exhale of the sacred life force energy.
How does it feel to breathe this life force back into the world?
With each breath feel yourself becoming more relaxed.
With each exhale your body becomes heavier.
Of the chest bringing your awareness to the midpoint of your chest where your heart chakra resides.
Just bring a loving awareness to this point.
Humble gratitude for the heart that sustains us.
Begin to feel this space open.
Opening to reveal a beautiful white light.
Begins to surround your entire body,
Illuminating every cell of your being.
Breathe in this beautiful white light from your heart space.
The center of love and unconditional compassion.
Send this light to any places of darkness,
Tension,
Stress,
Or worry.
Feel the light transform those areas into your heart space.
Be held in this light and unconditional love in the highest form of love.
The universe unconditionally loves me.
Every cell of your being,
So they are infused with the highest vibration of love.
As my voice fades out,
Feel yourself held in this light,
Held in the sacred sound of the bowls.
If your mind begins to wander,
You may gently bring it back.
Letting go of all thoughts,
Worries,
Plans.
Taking this time just for yourself.
Begin to bring your attention back to your breath.
Begin to bring your attention back to your breath.
Gently coming back into your body.
No rush at all.
Just bringing your awareness back to your surroundings.
Coming back into the body.
You may wish to bring gentle movement into it.
Maybe wiggling your fingers and your toes.
You may wish to even have a big stretch.
But in your own time,
Come back to this present moment.
When you are ready,
You may gently open your eyes.
