Welcome, beloveds, to this healing session—integrating a sacred sanctuary of sound and the power of intention. Allow the soothing frequencies to guide you in realigning your energy, releasing what no longer serves your highest good, and gently calling in renewal and balance. This sound bath is a space for deep restoration, where you are invited to surrender, breathe, and simply be. Let the waves of sound wash over you, clearing stagnation and opening the door to transformation.

And bringing your attention back to your breath.

Begin to deepen the breath,

Elongating it.

Each breath becoming deeper,

Slower,

More relaxing than the last.

Allowing your mind to become still and present,

Knowing that it will wander and that's okay.

Knowing that you can bring it back to the present moment by connecting to your breath once more or listening to the sounds of the bowls and my voice.

But we do so lovingly without judgment,

Just as easily as the thoughts and distractions come in.

We just as easily let them go and see if you can make yourself 10% more relaxed,

10% more comfortable and cozy,

Maybe 10% more present and still.

I just want you to take a moment to check in with yourself and just notice how you're feeling right now.

Notice how your mind feels.

Notice how your body feels.

Notice how your heart feels.

Notice how your soul feels.

Without judgment,

Just bring that awareness in.

Gently noticing what it feels like to be you in this moment today and bringing yourself some loving grace,

Opening your heart to the healing you will receive.

Let it be deep and nurturing,

Lasting and true.

Bring your awareness now to your heart space,

The point in the center of the chest.

Begin to feel it open and expand.

Begin to notice how it feels.

There's any heaviness,

There's any joy.

Begin to feel a beautiful light emanating from it.

This light can be whatever color you want it to.

Bring your awareness now to intuitively choose the color of the light emanating from your heart space.

Really bring awareness to what it looks like,

What it feels like.

Is it glimmering?

Is it sparkly?

Is it just pure light?

Really bring your focus to it in your mind's eye of what this light is going to offer you.

With each inhale,

Begin to breathe this light in to your body.

With each exhale,

Begin to send this light around your body so you are illuminated within and held in the grace of the light in this safe,

Protected bubble of the highest healing.

Each cell of your being begins to illuminate.

With each breath out,

This light is creating an auric field around you.

As you feel this light has completely illuminated every cell of your being,

Bring into awareness any points in the body or the mind,

The heart or the soul that specifically need healing.

Maybe it's worry,

Anxiety,

Maybe it's loss,

Maybe there's tension in the body holding on to emotions.

Begin to breathe this light even deeper into the areas that need it.

Really allow them to feel the healing of this light,

This light that comes from your heart,

The center of pure love and compassion,

Which is the highest frequency of all.

Breathing deeply into this point of healing,

Allowing whatever it is that needs to be healed to feel the beautiful presence of this light.

You may wish on each exhale to let go of this pain or anything that does not serve you in the present.

Any heaviness you're holding on to that needs to be released.

Gently let it go.

With each exhale,

You send it into the light to be transmuted into higher frequency energy and transformed into the healing for all.

Now bring to mind an intention you would like to let go of very mindfully.

Something that needs to be released.

With each exhale doing the same thing,

Gently let it go into the light.

Once you feel you have fully released this,

Begin to plan an intention of what you would like to call in,

What can replace whatever you just let go of.

Now there's space to call something in.

I want you to begin to inhale this intention,

Sending it to every cell of your being.

Maybe it's to find peace or compassion.

Maybe it's to fully heal.

Whatever you need that would serve your highest good,

Begin to call it in.

Know that as you breathe it in,

You are aligning your frequency so that your whole body is vibrating in alignment to this intention.

Take a moment now to make sure you fully called this in.

Now whatever intention you've set for yourself,

Whatever beautiful thing it is you've called in for your highest good,

I want you to think of all the beings who may need the same thing,

The same type of healing that you need right now.

I want you to continue to inhale this intention.

Now on the exhale,

You're going to send this intention to all beings,

That into every sentient being who needs it on each exhale.

As you do this,

You are raising the vibration of our consciousness and helping heal the world.

Especially bringing to mind those in Los Angeles who may need the healing a little extra right now.

Send those healing wishes out to all the people who need it.

Allow yourself to do this for a few breath cycles now.

Continue sending these well wishes for a few more moments now.

Not only yourself,

But all the beings who need it.

Now bring your awareness back to your breath.

Just allowing yourself to ground in anger for a moment.

Feel yourself held by the earth beneath you.

Held in the blessings you send.

Held in so much love and protection.

Allow yourself to just be held.

Just be present with that for a few moments now.

And now allow yourself to relax even deeper.

Just falling into a state of relaxation and bliss.

You are now held by the sound of the bowls.

Allow yourself to receive the healing and go on the journey you were meant to.

Now,

Back to your breath and your body.

Without changing anything,

Just bring your conscious awareness back.

And just begin to notice the natural rhythm of your breath.

Bringing your consciousness back to the present moment.

Begin to notice how you feel and how your experience was.

Seeing if before we end,

There's any final healing you need to call in for this session.

And you may wish to begin to deepen the breath a little bit.

Making it a little more intentional now.

As you come back into the present awareness.

And remembering that our heart space and this energy we created and cultivated,

This intention that was set,

Is always with you.

It's within you.

All you have to do is access it.

All.

One last time,

Sending love and blessings to all those who need it.

Especially those who are suffering right now.

Sending extra healing to them.

Sending them love and blessings for the highest good of all.

And as our session comes to an end,

You may,

When you're ready,

Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

You may wish to stretch and move a little bit.

Doing whatever feels comfortable and right.

But in your own time,

If you were laying down,

You may gently roll onto one side.

Gently bring yourself back up into consciousness.

But you can remain playing and relaxing for as long as you feel comfortable.

As long as it feels necessary.

When you are ready,

You may gently open your eyes.
