Enjoy a restful and peaceful good night’s sleep where we tuck you in and YOU are the one that’s being taken care of. With breath work and positive affirmations. Are you the one that is always taking care of everyone else? Now it’s your turn to get some rest and tender love. It’s your turn to be seen and nourished, to feel safe, secured and appreciated. This sleep meditation begins with some calming talk, and after a while the therapeutic music begins, created specifically for this track. The sounds are designed to make it easier for you relax and let go. The calming pink noise relaxes your brainwaves to a slower pace, and that is what is naturally happening during sleep. The pulsating sound is there to remind you of loving heart beats. I will count you down from ten to one, and after that I will begin with soothing affirmations and calming visualizations that is repeated a few times for best result. This is Hannah and CJ.

Thank you for being here.

We want to help you relax,

Let go and prepare you for a really good night's sleep with music and sounds we created specifically for this sleep meditation.

The heart sounds remind our subconscious mind of the safe and loving womb together with positive affirmations to soothe your nervous system,

Enlighten and calm your beautiful heart and mind.

It doesn't matter if you fall asleep right away or if it takes a little while.

The subconscious mind is still listening and register every healing word programming your subconscious mind in a very positive way.

Perhaps you're in a situation where you could need some soothing comfort.

Maybe your day has been stressful.

Are you perhaps the one taking care of other people?

When you lay in bed at night and it's dark and quiet,

Maybe you could need a little bit of care,

A little bit of tenderness,

Love and support.

You know that everything is going to be all right.

Now you are the one that is being taken care of,

Tucked in and looked after.

With our soft and soothing music we want to help you calm down and let go of emotions and thoughts you don't need anymore.

We are going to help you to fully relax and drift away towards wonderful sleep.

And then the affirmations begin for comfort and nourishment.

I will repeat the affirmations for a more effective impact on your subconscious mind.

Dim the light and make it really cozy,

A soft blanket,

A pillow under your knees or anything else that makes you relax even more.

Let go of your day and everything on your mind.

Know that you are safe in this space.

And now we invite maximum of light and healing love so you are protected and all is well.

Let's start by laying down and make it really comfortable for you.

Close your eyes so gently.

You don't have to think or interpret anything.

The subconscious mind is listening even if you are asleep.

And it's taking care of everything in a very natural and healing way.

Relax and release tension from your body.

Help yourself relax and calm your nervous system by taking some really deep belly breaths.

Take a slow deep breath in through your nose for a count of four while letting your belly expand as you inhale.

Pause at the count of four and take one quick sip of air.

Then slowly release all of the air through your mouth for a count of six.

Let's do it together.

Feel the stress and the tension leave all parts of your body and mind every time you breathe out.

Let go of everything you don't need every time you exhale.

Just as easy it is for you to hear my voice.

Totally safe and secure.

Let your head rest peacefully on the soft pillow.

Cleansing and clearing all the thoughts.

Your mind invites peaceful rest now.

The jaws are relaxed and the tongue rests softly.

All your small facial muscles around your eyes and between your eyebrows are smooth as silk spreading out to your neck,

Throat and shoulders.

Every part of you is becoming comfortably heavier.

Your whole spine lights up with a golden warm shimmer from the bottom of the tailbone up to your lumbar spine.

So soft and relaxed.

And that comfortable feeling is moving up to your upper spine and to the very top of the spine.

All your back muscles out through your shoulder blades,

Arms,

Hands and every finger beautifully relaxed.

Your chest lightens like a soft feather in the calm wind and your beautiful heart gently opens like a fern leaf slowly unfolds.

Your stomach is peaceful and calm and smooth like the belly of a little puppy.

Your hips and bottom completely liberated from all tenseness.

All the way down to your legs,

Knees and out through your feet and toes.

Your whole body is soft now and sinking down into your pampering bed.

So comfortably heavy,

Warm,

Soft and relaxed.

An enormous sense of well-being and healing.

A floating sensation to that cozy place of deep rest,

Deep relaxation,

Deep healing and deep sleep.

I am going to count you down from 10 to 1 and for every number I count you get more and more relaxed and you get more and more sleepy.

After that I will start with the comforting affirmations.

Sleep comes to embrace you,

Nourish you and look after you.
