Before we begin,

Find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.

Sit or lie down in a relaxed position.

Take a few deep breaths,

Finding your centre.

Allow your body to settle into a state of calmness.

Each breath helping you feel light and at ease.

Imagine a beautiful garden.

Picture yourself standing at the entrance of this serene place.

The air is filled with a soothing fragrance and you can hear the gentle rustling of leaves in the breeze.

Imagine walking into the garden,

Feeling the softness of the ground beneath your feet.

As you walk,

Notice the vibrant colours of the flowers and the tall swaying grass around you.

Feel the solid ground beneath your feet,

Connecting you to the Earth's stability.

As you stand there,

Imagine roots extending from your feet into the ground,

Grounding you and providing a sense of stability.

This garden represents your perception of time.

When you're ready,

Find a comfortable spot in this garden to sit or lie down in.

As you gaze up at the sky,

Observe the movement of the clouds.

Each cloud symbolises a passing moment in time.

Notice how they come and go effortlessly,

Without any rush.

Allow yourself to become one with the natural flow of time.

Imagine a pool of golden light surrounding you.

This light represents the abundance of time available to you.

With each breath,

Visualise this golden light expanding,

Creating a sense of spaciousness and freedom within your perception of time.

Recognise that there is an abundance of time for what truly matters.

Allow this understanding to ease any feelings of urgency or rush.

Now imagine a clock in front of you,

But instead of moving quickly,

It slows down.

Picture the hands of the clock moving at a relaxed pace,

Giving you the sense of time expanding.

Visualise yourself moving through your day with ease,

Completing tasks calmly and efficiently.

Visualise any limiting beliefs about time as balloons.

Watch as these balloons gently float away,

Disappearing into the vast sky.

Release any thoughts that tell you there isn't enough time,

Releasing and floating away.

Feel these affirmations.

I have all the time I need.

I prioritise what matters most to me.

I release the need to rush and trust the flow of life.

I am in control of my time and energy.

I have the power to control my perception of time.

I can find that time is my ally.

I effortlessly manage my tasks and responsibilities with a sense of calm and focus.

Picture yourself handling each task with confidence and ease.

You are in control of your time,

And you approach each activity with a composed and relaxed demeanour.

The feeling of rushing is now released from your mind,

You trust in the natural flow of time,

Knowing that there is always enough time for what truly matters.

You move through your days gracefully and purposefully,

And you trust in yourself and trust in the abundance of time that surrounds you.

Allow this feeling of relaxation to wash over you.

Picture yourself surrounded by a warm,

Comforting light that soothes any remaining tension in your body and mind.

Focus on your breath now.

Inhale deeply,

Feeling the air filling your lungs,

And exhale slowly,

Releasing any remaining tension or worry.

As you breathe,
