This guided meditation helps to ease physical pain, whether acute or chronic and assists in finding some comfort. The journey first starts with some breath awareness, followed by a body scan, a healing visualization, and then some further release through breath, incorporating some affirmations for healing and ending with some gratitude for the body. I personally make all aspects of creating this content, including all original music and sounds, singing, scripts, guided voice, and video editing.
