This 10-minute guided meditation helps to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and finding some inner peace. The journey first starts with some grounding breathing, followed by a body scan, and a visualization of a tranquil nature scene, then it comes back to some more breath awareness, incorporating some affirmations for peace, and ending with some gratitude reflection.
