Smells and feelings of this peaceful environment around you.
Bring your focus back to your breath now and imagine your breath as a gentle wave,
Flowing in and out.
With each inhalation,
Feel a sense of calmness washing over you.
As you exhale,
Let go of any stress or tension.
Allow the rhythmic nature of your breath to guide you into a deeper state of relaxation.
