Lots of us often feel restless, anxious, or not at ease without deeply understanding why. Sure, there are lots of obvious general reasons, yet on an individual level, we often can't pinpoint the roots of our restless feelings. This makes it very hard to transform them into harmony. In this talk, we dive deeper into how we can use perspective to transmute peace within. Also listen to the Peace in Perspective meditation which offers a tool for you to find inner peace in a turbulent world.

Do you also often feel restless?

It's like an unsettling feeling of disharmony Often felt in the pit of your stomach or around your heart region Lots of us do these days and more often than not we can't really pinpoint where the feeling comes from It's not very clear why we feel this feeling of unease That's why most of the time when we feel like that,

We go through our days and our to-do lists dragging that feeling with us We try to squash that nagging feeling by stacking other focus points on top of it Like diving into work tasks or catching up with friends or watching a movie or a show Eating our favorite foods,

Etc.

Etc.

And That does make the feeling abate a little at first But then it comes back rushing in at the same or even higher intensity as it started out with When we have a closer look at this constant underlying unease,

It gives us the feeling Something is off There's something we need to do or to fix or so it seems We need to accomplish something.

We need to get moving work hard to get there and There is no time to slow down and definitely no time to rest or take a break So we end up being switched on at all times Trying to keep up making sure we don't miss out making sure we make the most of living our lives There are lots of theories that make sense to explain this restless phenomenon of our times The rat race that makes you feel like everyone else is getting ahead smoothly except you Social media that give us FOMO and discontent with where we are at right now The assumption these days that we have to be reachable at all times and that we need to respond immediately to incoming requests and messages The belief that we can have it all even though common sense knows we can do anything but not everything These and many other things are valid reasons for that unsettling disharmonious feeling that we often feel but as an individual the why still remains unclear and More importantly when we don't know why how to transform it into an overall peaceful feeling seems out of reach This is where peace in perspective comes in We are often trapped in our own small world and our own limited mind Zooming out as far as our mind can grasp to see the bigger picture can put your small reality in perspective You can realize that in the absolute you and what you do doesn't really matter Lifting that heaviness of seeming importance of yourself and your small world can flood your being with peace You can understand on a deeper level that within the vastness It is a wondrous miracle that you have a body that can experience living That peaceful perspective within you is a wonderful fertile ground to choose what to do with the time given to you instead of this mad restlessness choosing for you Peace in perspective shows you that you don't have to take things too seriously But since you are a wondrous miracle with a certain amount of time given on this planet to do whatever you choose to do properly I Invite you to listen to the peace in perspective meditation where I guide you from restlessness to peace within
