Welcome to your daily 5 minute practice,

A simple yet powerful way to change your life when used consistently.

Let's sink in.

Find a comfortable seat with your spine straight and hands relaxed in your lap,

Or find yourself lying down if that feels better to you.

Gently close your eyes,

Take a deep,

Nourishing breath in and sigh it all out,

Beginning to notice already a lightness and relaxation in yourself.

Another deep belly breath in,

And let it all out,

Becoming more present and connected to yourself.

A final deep belly breath in,

And releasing it all now,

Allowing your breath to go back to its normal pattern,

Bringing to mind,

Whether through your inner vision or simply your felt senses,

A beautiful golden light flowing into the crown of your head,

Bringing with it deep presence and relaxation.

As you allow this beautiful golden light to travel down your face and your neck,

Easing any tension or stiffness,

Sending this golden light down over your shoulders,

Dropping your shoulders away from your ears,

And continuing to send this beautiful golden light down over your chest and your back as you notice how good it feels to let go and relax into this moment.

Allow this golden light to travel down over your stomach and your hips,

Feeling at ease,

Feeling gentle in yourself,

This golden light continuing down over your thighs,

Your knees,

And your lower legs,

Bringing deeper connection and awareness to yourself.

Finally allowing this golden light to flow down over your feet and your toes,

Completing this full body relaxation as you notice how good it feels to be wrapped in the deliciousness of this warm golden light,

Feeling present,

Feeling connected,

And deeply relaxed.

Now that you are present and connected,

I invite you to call in an intention for your Something you would love to experience in your day to day.

Maybe that is love,

Maybe that is stability,

Maybe that is harmony or success.

Whatever you truly in your heart of hearts want to experience,

Allow that intention to bubble up.

Beautiful.

Now focusing your attention on this intention.

What does it feel like for this to be true?

What does it feel like to experience this?

Notice.

Notice where in your body you feel it.

Notice any words that come to mind.

Notice any visions.

Allow it all to unfold while you maintain your focus.

Now see if you can amplify this feeling within.

Reminding yourself if needed that it is completely safe to experience this right now.

Allowing this intention to wash over you now.

To bring yourself back to it.

Connecting to it.

If your focus drifts away,

That's okay.

Bring yourself back.

It's all a part of the practice.

I'm going to leave you to bask in your intention for a few short moments before calling your attention back.

Now welcoming yourself back to this space,

This present moment.

Wiggling your toes,

Your fingers,

Maybe even taking a small but juicy stretch.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Coming back to your space.

Now throughout the rest of your day,

There will be moments that feel challenging and that is okay.

If and when you catch yourself,

Anchor back in through reminding yourself of your intention.

And see what shifts.

Coming back to this practice tomorrow to sink in even further.

See you then.
