Meditation Timer OnlineFiona MacLeod is a somatic therapist and yoga therapist, somatic breathwork and movement coach and movement practitioner with nearly twenty years of experience working with individuals across a wide range of needs. She weaves together some of the most powerful body-based healing modalities available, offering a rich, layered approach to working with trauma, tension, chronic pain, and the accumulated weight of lived experience, using breath, movement, and mindfulness to support the nervous system back toward its natural capacity for ease. Fiona offers one-to-one sessions in person and online, supporting clients with trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, and anyone seeking a gentle, body-led path back to themselves. Fiona came to somatic work through her own healing journey, recovering from PTSD following a wildfire and a serious accident, and that lived experience sits at the heart of everything she offers today.
