Feeling overwhelmed, emotionally full or overstimulated? This soothing guided meditation supports emotional regulation and nervous system relief when your thoughts feel busy and your body feels tense or restless. You’ll be gently guided to slow the breath, soften the body, and allow emotions to move through safely, returning to a sense of steadiness and inner stillness. This practice includes: • Slow, grounding breath to calm the nervous system • Cooling light visualisation for emotional soothing • Gentle release of tension and emotional overwhelm • A quiet return to calm presence and stillness Especially supportive for moments of emotional overwhelm, anxiety, overstimulation, or when you need a gentle reset.
