This practice is inspired by the Andean practices of Saiwa Chakwi and Samin Chakwi.
We honor the Pakas who teach and practice this wisdom tradition.
Beginning to settle in,
If it helps for the eyes to close,
Letting that happen.
If not,
Just letting them find a gentle gaze point so that they are somewhat relaxed.
Acknowledging that we are entering into a sacred practice,
And as you do so,
Notice any shift in perception that may naturally begin to happen with that simple acknowledgement.
We are practicing our ability to connect to the realm of the energetic,
The realm of the unseen,
The realm of the divine.
Please know that you are not alone.
I am in this practice with you,
And at this moment in time,
There are many,
Many other people in the world practicing their own form of connecting to the infinite sacred at this very moment.
Opening yourself to the understanding that this realm is expansive and infinite,
Allowing all of us to be connected.
And now I invite you to notice where your physical body is in space,
Just noticing where your body is making contact with the floor,
Cushions,
The wall,
And where the edges of your physical body are.
Noticing the physical boundary of your skin,
And then noticing that perhaps you can perceive that your presence energetically extends beyond the physical body,
That you have an energy body surrounding you as well,
Emanating in all directions,
Almost like there's a bubble extending and existing beyond the boundaries of your physical body.
Noticing this energetic presence in whatever way you organically experience it.
Perhaps you visualize this energy extending beyond your physical form.
Perhaps there's a sound,
A hum emanating from your body.
Perhaps you feel a certain sensation,
A somatic knowing,
Or perhaps there is a knowing not quite captured by your typical sensory experience.
Connecting with the experience of this energy extending beyond your physical self,
This energy I refer to as the energy body,
Trusting that however you experience your sacred energy body,
Or not,
Is exactly as it needs to be today.
And perhaps as you notice and experience your energy body,
You notice how it also exists within your physical body,
Moving through your physical body and then extending beyond it,
Your energetic self interweaving with your physical self.
Perhaps noticing how the breath supports this movement of your sacred energy body through your physical body and beyond.
I invite you to consider now that this energy body that you're experiencing and perceiving,
This is how the realm of the sacred personally manifests as you.
That this is the infinite wisdom,
The infinite divinity that moves through your physical body,
Weaves through your physical being,
This flow creating a personal,
Unique manifestation of the sacred that is you.
Be with this experience,
Breathe into this experience in whatever way your uniqueness makes sense of it today.
And now I invite you to consider that along with you being a personal manifestation of the sacred,
There's also a flow of this infinite divine energy moving through the world around us at all times.
And with that,
I invite you to intend for the space above the crown of your head in your energetic sphere to open,
Inviting in this infinite sacredness to flow down through you,
Moving through your being and around the sphere of your energy body,
Allowing the infinite sacred to nourish you,
Refreshing and revitalizing your sacred being down through the crown of your head,
Through your being and around the sphere of your energy body,
Bringing the wisdom of the infinite to your own timeless intuition,
Bringing abundant compassion to the core of your sacred heart center,
Bringing the vastness of perception and possibilities to your own creative potential,
Noticing your own experience of how the infinite sacred nourishes and empowers you,
The gifts that the sacred offers you today in this moment as it streams through the entirety of your being.
And while this flow continues,
I invite you now to use the power of your intention to open a space at the bottom of your energy body,
With an opening in your energy body now at the top and down below.
This infinite sacred not only can flow through and nourish you,
Can now help wash away any energy that is stuck,
Any energy that you've collected that is not yours or just not useful to you,
Moving down and through like a spiritual shower,
Enriching your own energetic presence and gently washing away any energy that you are ready to release that does not serve you.
Draining down into Pachamama,
Into Mother Earth,
Knowing that she has ways to mulch this,
To transform,
Transmute this energy into one that will serve others,
Will serve other beings,
Trusting that however you are experiencing this practice is exactly as it needs to be today.
Taking some time to be with this practice,
The infinite sacred showering down through the crown of the head,
Through the whole of your energetic and physical self,
Nourishing and cleansing,
Revitalizing and creating spaciousness,
Reminding and releasing.
This practice is exactly as it needs to be today.
As our practice comes to a close for today,
I invite you to once again recall that as each of us connects with the infinite sacred,
We are now all brought into connection with one another,
Together empowering and enriching the presence of this sacredness in the world.
Connecting together with the beings that are beyond human,
The trees,
The tides,
The birds,
The winds,
All of these beings naturally existing in a state of energetic connection and sacred balance.
Taking our final moments together today to experience the power of this connection.
And now I invite you to direct your intention towards closing the energetic space above the crown of your head and down at the bottom of your energy body,
Bringing this particular sacred meditation practice to a close for today.
I encourage you to keep with you anything about today's practice that will serve you and you have the capacity to release anything that will not.
