Through imagery of cleansing waterfalls, soothing light, and affirmations, you’ll release stress, ancestral burdens, and inherited fears. You’ll be invited to reconnect with your feminine cycles, reclaim your sense of identity, and call back your inner strength. By the end, you’ll feel grounded, balanced, and supported as you step into this new chapter with greater peace and confidence.

And when you are ready,
Let's start.
You can lie down or sit comfortably,
Whichever position is most comfortable for you.
And I invite you now to take a nice deep breath.
And as you're exhaling,
Just allowing your body to become heavy and relaxed.
I invite you now to feel,
See,
Sense or hear a waterfall in your beautiful place or space where you find yourself right now.
Feeling the mist of that waterfall falling on your face and on your skin.
Feeling the power of the vibration as that waterfall is falling down.
Observing the water flowing down.
I invite you now to stand under the waterfall,
Step under it.
Allowing the water to flow from your head down your spine,
Your arms,
Your back,
Over and through your heart,
Your chest,
Your stomach,
Your abdomen,
Your lower back and your hips.
Down your legs,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Down.
Feeling as the water is flowing through every single cell in your body.
How it's releasing stress.
How it's washing away tiredness and fatigue.
Calming down your nervous system.
And as the water is flowing over you,
Feeling the beautiful,
Powerful healing properties of that water.
Allowing it also now to release other people's energy and stress that has been held in your body.
Realizing now that it's no longer yours and it's no longer your burden to carry.
Allowing that also just to drain out of your body.
Down,
Down,
Down.
Out your feet into the earth.
And you can also just acknowledge to yourself,
I acknowledge the difference between my identity and other people's stress.
And just taking a nice deep breath again.
Allowing your body to become coherent and in alignment with your intention here with me today.
Allowing every single cell in your body to receive healing.
To reawaken on a new level for you.
Bringing you onto a path of strength,
Healing,
Balance and inner peace.
I invite you now to hear,
Feel,
See,
Or sense the beautiful light flowing from your head down your body,

Down.
Through the ovaries,
Through the uterus.
Soothing and calming down all the aggravated,
Swollen and painful areas.
Releasing swelling and inflammation.
Feel how it's just releasing,
Draining down,

Into the earth.
Releasing any old or subconscious negative associations with being a woman.
With being feminine.
Reclaiming your birthright to be a graceful,
Soft,
Compassionate woman.
And especially having that for yourself.
Realizing that perhaps this is what your body is trying to ask you.
To give back to yourself.
Releasing that part of you that's always in doing mode.
And instead,
Knowing that you can take time out for yourself without needing to be in pain or in discomfort.
That as a woman,
You are allowed to take a break.
And also releasing all ancestral challenges and stress associated with being a woman.
With being a mother,
A friend and a partner.
Feeling that beautiful light just flowing through these areas,
Releasing all these old inherited patterns and cycles.
Restoring your relationship and your identity as a woman within your sense of self in a way that is graceful and easy.
Realizing and understanding that as a woman,
You no longer have to fight for time.
You no longer have to fight for support.
You no longer have to fight for respect.
You no longer have to fight for compassion.
You no longer have to fight for your identity.
You can now just have it.
Realizing now perhaps that the moments and the times and people and circumstances within your life or from the past or in your ancestry that convinced you in one way or another that you had to fight for your rights or for you to be who you choose to be.
Allowing this programming and this conditioning now to be released.
Releasing,
Resolving and dissolving any and all aspects within your sense of self.
Releasing this old psychosomatic stress and knowing that you can go through your cycles as a woman and feel and be honored,
Comforted,
Supported and held.
And reclaiming your birthright to be connected to your feminine cycles in a way that is easy,
Healthy and graceful.
I invite you to breathe in with me.
We're going to have a beautiful light now flowing into the ovaries and the uterus area.
And as you're breathing in,
Allowing that light to bleed,
You're breathing it into that area.
Breathing it in and breathing it out.
Releasing all that old stress.
Releasing all irritation and aggravation.
Breathing in again and breathing out again.
I invite you now to take a nice deep breath with me.
And becoming aware of this beautiful new change that you are about to go through.
Allowing yourself to feel the excitement,
The fears,
The uncertainty,
Doubts.
Loss of control.
Perhaps lack of support or fear of lack of support.
Allowing yourself now to feel whatever it is that you need to feel right now.
And allowing yourself to separate the positive excitement from the anxiety or the nervousness right now.
And exploring perhaps the part of you that feels stressed.
And also just becoming aware now,
Perhaps what purpose is this stress serving right now?
What is the purpose of that?
Is this stress perhaps connected to a part of you who feels unworthy of becoming a new mother?
Fears of letting your future child down.
Fears of repeating mistakes of your mother.
Allowing yourself to observe the stress that you feel associated with this new phase that is opening up for you in your life.
And I invite you to allow a beautiful light now to flow from your head down your body,
Your arms out your fate.
Absorbing and dissolving this old stress.
Acknowledging the difference between your identity and your mother's past mistakes.
Acknowledging the difference between your identity and mistakes from ancestors that they made with their children.
Releasing,
Absorbing and dissolving any and all fears that you inherited right now.
Releasing the weight and the burden of the fear of responsibility.
And knowing and understanding that your mindset is going to change.
It's going to be your most powerful asset.
If you believe it's going to be hard,
Then that is exactly what it's going to be.
If you believe this is going to be fun and adventure in a positive way,
Then that is exactly what you're going to experience.
And I invite you now here with me to consciously choose and commit yourself to having a positive,
Adventurous mindset.
That this is going to be fun.
And that you are going to have fun getting to know your future child.
And to know that this is your moment to make conscious,
Positive decisions and choices.
And realizing the amount and the power that you have right now.
And the amount of control that you have right now.
I invite you to consciously realize that right now.
And to draw your power and your balance from this place and space and from this positive mindset.
And also affirming with me,
I call my power back from fears of making a mistake.
I call my power back from fears of failing.
I call my power back from all societal expectations.
I call my power back from expectations of my own mother.
I acknowledge the difference between my identity and my mother's old fears of becoming a mother.
I acknowledge the difference between my identity and my mother's anxiety associated with becoming a new mother.
And acknowledging the difference between my identity and my mother's old fears of repeating the past with her mother.
Taking another nice deep breath with me.
And knowing and understanding that your mindset is what's going to change the entire outcome of this experience.
And allowing now a light to flow from your head throughout your whole body.
Connecting to your whole body as a unit.
Allowing your awareness to spread throughout your head down to your feet.
Feeling and being fully present with the body.
And as you become aware of the body,
I invite you to perhaps allow your body to have a voice.
Let it speak.
How does your body emotionally feel?
It's almost like your body perhaps had its own independent emotion.
Tapping now into the emotional body.
And perhaps setting aside negative thoughts.
And listen to your body.
How does your body feel right now?
Just giving your body the focus and the intention that it deserves and also need.
And perhaps what you can be feeling is a negative emotion.
And if you do,
Observe where is the home in your body for this emotion.
If it had a starting point,
Where would it be?
It could perhaps feel like tension,
Heaviness,
Rigidity,
A presence,
Or even just a knowingness.
And as you become aware of it,
Allowing a beautiful light from your head to move down,
A beautiful pool of light even.
Moving down to the area where you feel this emotion within your body.
Allowing it to move down,
Down,
Down to that area.
And as it moves there,
Allowing the light to start to expand.
Growing bigger and bigger and bigger.
Bigger and bigger and bigger.
So big that the light starts to expand,
Expanding,
Expanding.
So big that the light can't hold itself anymore and the light pops,
Releasing all the negative stress or energy out into the universe to fulfill a positive purpose elsewhere.
Leaving your body,
Every single cell in your body being released from this old burden that no longer serves you.
An old burden from the past which is no longer real.
Allowing your body as a unit,
Every single cell in your body now to have that awareness.
To have that discernment.
And also to have that awareness with grace and ease.
Allowing the body itself as a unit to realign itself in its most highest and beautiful positive state.
Feeling at peace and at ease without this old negativity that no longer serves,
This new identity that you are stepping into.
And just taking a nice deep breath.
Releasing and relaxing,
Easing into this beautiful,
Calm,
Grounded,
Graceful,
Physical presence in your body.
And now together we're going to do affirmations and all that you have to do is listen to my voice.

Let's start the breathing technique.
We'll be breathing in the mouth and out the nose to activate the alpha brainwave state.
Resetting every single cell in your body to become in alignment with these beautiful changes that you are now making in your life.
And also bringing your brainwave states into alignment with your new changes.
When you're ready,
Let's breathe in the mouth,
Nice deep breaths.
And out the nose.
In the mouth.

And now breathing on your own,
In the mouth.

Now we're going to pick up the pace.

Hold it for as long as you can.
And if you feel dizzy,
Perfect.
Every single cell in your body is now realigning itself.
Coming coherent with the changes that you are making.
Allowing yourself even just to drop into that dizziness.
Just allow it and let it be.
Only when you can't hold your breath anymore,
Exhale out the nose.
Your abdomen,
Your hips,
Down your legs,
Out your feet.
Flowing back into the earth.
Grounding you.
Anchoring you back.
With ease and grace.
Allowing your mind,
Your body and spirit to continue to heal throughout the day and night.
As your beautiful cells start to reawaken to the healing process that we went through together today.
Allowing your body to be reminded of its vitality.
Powerful healing capacity and ability to transform instantly.
Allowing your body now to feel balanced,
Coherent and in alignment with your identity as you heal and transform.
And starting to feel the surface beneath your body.
Following my voice back into the room.
Wiggling your toes and wiggling your fingers.
Giving your body a nice big stretch.
And if you feel comfortable after this meditation then I would highly recommend that when you feel ready to stand up and you can even jump a little bit or just shake your arms and legs.
This helps to release any stuck energy from flowing again.
And it helps the body to integrate faster.
And when you're ready you can open your eyes and welcome back.
