As the winter air thins and the world outside draws into a sharp,

Frozen silence,

We gather here to find the heat at the very center of your being.

The wolf moon asks us for the quiet,

Fierce discipline of holding our own ground.

We are moving beyond the surface,

Deep into the architecture of your internal strength.

Find your position of rest,

Whether lying flat or supported.

Allow the weight of your bones to begin their descent.

Now,

Let us invite the breath.

Take a slow,

Steady inhale through the nose,

Filling the lower belly,

And a long,

Sighing exhale through the mouth.

Inhale,

Drawing in the cool,

Silver light of the moon.

Exhale,

Letting the shoulders drop an inch deeper into the earth.

As your eyes close,

Move your awareness past the stories of the day.

Travel down,

Past the throat,

Settling into the very center of your physical mass.

We are looking for your inner anchor.

Bring your focus to the space just below your navel,

Deep within the bowl of the pelvic floor.

This is your center of gravity.

Within this space,

Visualize a heavy,

Warm,

Dark blue sphere.

Inhale,

Breathing into the space around this sphere.

Exhale,

Feeling its weight settle your hips firmly into the bed.

This sphere is entirely contained.

It is a concentrated point of unshakable power.

It simply exists in a state of absolute,

Dense stillness.

Every breath,

We are going to increase the density of this blue light.

Inhale,

Expand the breath into the low back.

Exhale,

Feel the dark blue sphere sink deeper,

Becoming heavier and more solid.

This is the resilience that allows the wolf to stand steady in the gale.

Feel this dense stability spreading now.

It flows into your hip sockets,

Down your thighs,

Grounding your very will into the mattress beneath you.

You are becoming unmovable.

Your lower body is a foundation of stone,

Anchored by that pulsing,

Deep blue core.

Inhale,

Drawing strength from the center.

Exhale,

Softening every muscle that doesn't need to work right now.

Now,

Watch as a thin,

Brilliant thread of this blue light begins to travel upward,

Following the central pillar of your spine.

It moves slowly,

Vertebra by vertebra.

As the anchor holds the base,

The rest of you is free to be light.

Your shoulders,

Your jaw,

They become soft,

Like silk draped over a statuesque frame.

The external world may shift,

The tides may pull.

You are the witness to the storm,

Not the storm itself.

Inhale,

Feeling the length of your spine.

Exhale,

Releasing any remaining need to do or become.

Now,

Let the image of the blue sphere dissolve into a soft,

Velvet glow that coats every cell of your body.

You have become the anchor.

There is a profound sweetness in this surrender,

A realization that you are completely supported by the silence you have created.

Inhale a final,

Deep drink of peace.

As you drift toward the threshold of sleep,

Carry this sanctuary with you.

May your dreams be as vast as the winter sky and your rest as deep as the earth itself.
