Down,

Allowing your body to find a position that requires absolutely no muscular effort.

The intention of this practice is to release all holding,

Allowing the deeper architecture of the body to rest fully.

Let your eyes close gently.

Allow your awareness to move beneath the surface of your skin,

Down into the deep,

Quiet structure of the bones.

The spirit of the solstice guides us to profound stillness.

Let go of any need to manage or control the breath.

Let the breath simply become a slow,

Soft wave that confirms your presence.

Bring your focus to the largest,

Strongest bones of your body.

Feel the deep connection where your shoulder blades rest against the surface beneath you.

Imagine the subtle,

Constant effort that usually holds the shoulders in place simply melting away.

The shoulders are heavy.

They are sinking.

Now,

Move your awareness to the bones of your pelvis and hips.

These bones are the foundational support of your seated or lying posture.

Feel the weight of the day,

The weight of thought,

Dissolving from this area.

The hips are wide,

Supported,

And completely at rest.

We are consciously releasing the effort of the muscles,

Allowing the strong,

Quiet structure of the bone to hold you fully.

Move your consciousness down into your femur bones in the thigh,

And then your shin bones in your calves.

Acknowledge the immense service these bones provide in movement.

Now,

They are still.

They are heavy.

Imagine a deep,

Violet light,

The color of profound stillness and healing,

Flowing into the core of these large bones.

The violet light settles any subtle vibration or residual stress held deep within the marrow.

Feel the deep,

Restorative weight of your legs.

You are asking the bones themselves to guide your entire system into rest.

The bones know patience.

They know stillness.

They know resilience.

Bring your focus to the spine,

The pillar that supports your awareness.

Acknowledge the strong,

Quiet presence of your vertebrae,

Stacked perfectly.

From the base of the spine,

Imagine the deep,

Violet light flowing gently upward,

Filling each vertebra with peace.

The muscles surrounding the spine soften entirely,

Allowing the bone to be held by the force beneath you.

Feel the deep silence that settles when the muscular mind surrenders.

This is the profound rest of solstice,

Trusting the deep,

Quiet integrity of your own structure.

You are entirely supported.

You are entirely at rest.

You are simply being held by your own strong,

Beautiful structure.

Keep violet light to settle now,

Filling every joint,

Every socket,

Every deep bone structure with profound quiet.

This rest confirms the strength required for the cycle ahead.

Bring your full awareness back to the sensation of the breath,

A gentle wave moving through a body that is completely surrendered.

Your body is heavy,

Safe,

And deeply still.

Rest here for as long as you wish,

Sinking further into the deep,

Bone-level peace.

Www.

Mooji.
