Turn toward the soft invitation of the night as you let the weight of your physical form merge with the supportive earth beneath you. This practice is a gentle homecoming, guiding you away from the noise of the mind and into the vast, silent chambers of the heart. Within this sacred stillness, every breath acts as a soothing balm, smoothing the edges of your day until only peace remains. You are drifting now into a deep, dreamless restoration where the soul finds its quietest reflection.

Welcome,

Beloved traveler of the inner stars.

I am honored to walk with you into the quiet.

As you lay here,

Let the room around you become a soft container for your rest.

The day's stories have reached their natural end,

And a new chapter of silence is beginning.

There is nothing left for you to solve,

Nothing left for you to hold.

You are invited to melt into the expanse of your own awareness.

Everything is perfectly still and deeply known.

There is a place within you that remains untouched by the movement of time or the weight of responsibility.

It is the seat of the observer,

The part of you that simply witnesses the flow of life with a gentle,

Boundless curiosity.

Tonight,

We journey into the frequency of celestite and silver to clear the mental landscape and return to the purity of the present moment.

We are allowing sleep to find us as we rest in the mirror-like stillness of our own consciousness.

This is your moment of absolute clarity.

Visualize a silver river beginning to flow from a point high above your head,

Your soul star.

As it descends,

It washes over your brow,

Clearing the pathways of thought.

See the vertical axis of your spine glowing with a soft,

Lunar light.

Feel the entrance to your inner vault appearing before you,

Carved from translucent crystal.

As you step through,

The air becomes cool and fragrant with the scent of night-blooming jasmine.

You are entering the chamber of the eternal now.

We begin the movement of awareness.

As I name the part of your body,

Imagine a drop of liquid silver landing there,

Leaving the area feeling light,

Spacious,

And vibrating with peace.

Bring your attention to the space between the eyebrows,

The center of the throat,

The right shoulder,

The right wrist,

The tip of the right thumb,

Index finger,

The right wrist,

The center of the throat,

Center of the throat,

The solar plexus,

The navel center,

The right hip,

The tip of the right big toe,

The center of the pelvis,

The tip of the left big toe,

The center of the pelvis.

The entire body is a vessel of silver light,

Weightless,

Floating in a sea of benevolent silence.

At the causal chakra at the back of your head,

Imagine this is your seed of mindfulness.

You are held in this space of pure observation.

Feel the peace of being the witness,

And serene.

The journey begins to fold back into the physical.

Feel the earth core anchor gently reminding your body of its place upon the bed.

You are returning to the physical world,

But remains as clear and vast as the night sky.

You are carrying the stillness into the depths of your sleep.

If it feels good and right to do so at this time,

Place your hands over your chest.

Thank your mind for its service,

And thank your spirit for its eternal stillness.

May you sleep in the grace of the present moment.

May your rest be as deep as the ocean,

And as clear as the stars.
