This is a sacred invitation to release the day and surrender to a deep,

Restorative stillness.

Please settle into your sacred space,

Your bed.

There is nothing you need to do.

Know where you need to be.

Gently close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath,

Your personal anchor to this moment.

Just breathe and allow yourself to be held in the profound stillness of the night.

Breathe in slowly through your nose for a count of four,

Feeling the cool,

Clean air fill your lungs.

One,

Two,

Three.

Now hold that breath for a count of four,

Allowing a gentle stillness to settle in your chest.

One,

Two.

Now exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of six,

Releasing all the noise and distractions of the day.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Continue this rhythmic breathing,

This sacred act of presence.

With each cycle,

Feel the outer world gently fading away,

Its sounds dimming,

Its responsibilities dissolving.

Your breath becomes a quiet compass,

Guiding you into the profound stillness of the night.

Feel yourself becoming lighter,

Softer,

And more open as you surrender all that no longer serves you.

Now bring your awareness to the top of your head,

Your crown chakra.

Imagine a quiet cosmic waterfall of pure violet light beginning to pour in from above.

Listen to the soft,

Gentle hum of its current.

This is the energy of the night sky,

A stream of deep peace and stillness.

Feel it wash over your scalp,

Its cool,

Pure light flowing down through your head,

Dissolving any tension and releasing any thoughts or worries from the day.

This violet light is a liquid serenity that cleanses your mind,

Creating a vast,

Open space in your awareness.

Allow this soothing energy to move down to the space between your eyebrows,

Your third eye chakra.

Feel this cool indigo light gently calming your mind,

Quieting any mental chatter.

See your thoughts slowing down like stars in a vast night sky,

Simply floating by.

With each breath,

Feel your mind becoming stiller and more peaceful.

The light begins to pool in your brow,

Soothing away any tension you're holding in your forehead or temples.

Feel your mind's internal landscape becoming a vast,

Open space.

A quiet expanse where you can simply observe your thoughts without engaging with them.

As your mind becomes quiet,

Allow this energy to continue its journey down all the way to your heart space.

Imagine a soft,

Luminous pink light beginning to glow here,

Like a single candle flame in a dark room.

This is the light of your soul.

You understand that the silent night is not just a time for rest,

But a time for renewal.

By taking this gentle journey,

You gain the wisdom you need to shine brightly as a beacon for yourself and for others.

With a final deep breath,

Allow the light of your soul to anchor itself within you.

It is a part of who you are.

You are prepared to face each new day with a renewed spirit,

Knowing that your inner beacon will always guide you.

Carry this truth with you.
