Hi.

Today I'm going to guide you through a meditation that supports the heart chakra.

I'll be using my F-pitched singing bowl,

My voice,

Table chimes,

And koshi chimes.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position to sit or lay down in.

And when you're ready,

We'll take three deep breaths in through the nose for four counts and then open the mouth to slowly exhale.

Here we go.

Breathing in two,

Three,

Four,

And release.

Good.

Breathing in two,

Three,

Four,

And out.

Last time.

Continue to breathe in a way that feels comfortable for you.

We will now begin to imagine a green light forming in the center of the chest.

And if you're not a visual person,

That's okay.

Maybe you just sense or know that this green light is there.

It's warm and calming and with every breath the light grows and grows.

You begin to see it moving over the collarbones,

Opening the heart space with relaxing energy.

On your next breath,

You watch as the green light spills over the shoulders,

Sliding down the arms.

The light helps to release tension in the arms as it moves over the elbows and toward your wrists.

The green light seeps into the palms and the top of your hand.

You watch it fill up your thumbs,

Your pointer fingers,

Middle fingers,

Ring fingers,

And pinkies.

Taking in a nice thoughtful breath,

You bring your awareness back to the heart space.

And notice that the green light is shining brighter and clearer as it begins to circle around to your back.

The light moves through the shoulder blades and relaxes the spine and the upper back.

Placing one hand on the heart and one on the low belly,

Let's take three more intentional breaths.

With every inhale,

Feeling the warmth from your hands bring in love,

Joy,

Happiness,

And empathy.

And with every exhale,

We hold the intention of releasing anything that doesn't serve us any longer.

Here we go,

Breathing in through the nose.

Again,

Breathing in.

Last time.

Continue to breathe in a way that feels comfortable for you as we listen to the chimes and just sit in peace for a moment.

I'm going to recite some affirmations now.

And if they resonate with you,

You can repeat them in your mind.

I deserve love.

I love myself to the fullest.

I love my mind.

I love my soul.

And I love my body.

Love is all around me,

And I attach to it.

I choose to be kind to myself and to others.

I love myself unconditionally.

I am generous and compassionate.

I'm a loving,

Powerful force in the world.

I honor my heart,

And I honor who I am.

I have empathy for myself and for others.

I am patient and calm.

I am love.

Taking one more gentle breath.

When you're ready,

You can begin wiggling your toes and your fingers,

Rolling out your wrists and your ankles.

Feel free to open your eyes,

Sitting up very slowly,

Or rolling over and going to sleep.
