Hello,

I'm Jess Smith and welcome to this I Am Enough meditation.

This practice is designed to help you embrace your true self and cultivate a deep sense of self-worth.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down,

And if it feels right,

Gently close your eyes.

Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment,

Free from any distractions.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely.

Hold it for a moment,

Then exhale slowly through your mouth.

Repeat this process two or more times,

Allowing each breath to bring you deeper into relaxation.

Now bring your attention to your body.

Starting from the top of your head,

Gently scan down,

Noticing any areas of tension or discomfort.

As you identify these areas,

Imagine them softening and releasing with each exhale.

As you continue to breathe deeply and evenly,

Bring to mind the affirmation,

I am enough.

Let these words resonate within you,

A gentle reminder of your inherent worth.

Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful,

Serene landscape.

Perhaps it's a lush forest,

A tranquil beach,

Or a peaceful meadow.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin,

The gentle breeze caressing your face,

And the solid ground beneath your feet.

This place is a sanctuary where you are accepted wholly and completely.

Now visualize each thing you feel you need to add to yourself to be enough.

Picture them as objects or symbols you're holding,

Perhaps a heavy stone representing perfection,

A mask for acceptance,

Or a trophy for success.

One by one,

Imagine yourself gently placing each of these objects down on the ground.

See how they sink into the earth,

Being absorbed and transformed by the nurturing soil.

With each release,

Feel a lightness in your being,

A sense of freedom from these burdens.

In this safe space,

Begin to repeat silently to yourself,

I am enough.

I am enough.

I am enough.

With each repetition,

Feel the power of these words infusing every cell of your being.

Allow any doubts or negative thoughts to melt away,

Replaced by a profound sense of self-acceptance and love.

I am enough.

I am enough.

As you embrace the affirmation,

I am enough,

Imagine a warm golden light surrounding you.

This light represents your self-worth and the love you have for yourself.

Let it grow brighter and more radiant with each breath,

Enveloping you in a cocoon of positivity and assurance.

I am enough.

I am enough.

I am enough.

When you feel ready,

Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes and gently open your eyes if they were closed.

Take a moment to notice how you feel.

Carry the sense of being enough with you as you continue your day.

Remember,

You are enough just as you are.

Thank you for sharing this meditation practice with yourself.

Peace and light.

I appreciate the reminder toward the beginning of the narration to check in with your body to find if there somewhere that is not completely relaxed and to let it go. That always works for me. This meditation really resonates for me as I’ve lived much of my life comparing myself to others and focused on what I do not have rather the talents and attributes that I do possess. My focus this week is to identify my own gifts, so the meditation comes at a really good time. I am learning and acknowledging that when we embrace our own uniqueness and self worth, we can live life more authentically and more fully. I am enough!
