Take a moment to arrive.

Wherever you are,

Allow your body to settle into a comfortable position.

Let your shoulders soften,

Unclench your jaw.

Allow your breath to slow,

Just a little bit slower than natural,

Without forcing it.

Inhale gently through the nose,

And exhale slowly through the mouth.

Continue doing this,

And as you inhale,

You are receiving.

As you exhale,

You are releasing.

Now imagine yourself standing in a quiet,

Open space.

The air is calm,

There is nothing you need to do here.

Nothing you need to prove.

Once you've had a few moments to enjoy the quietness,

The stillness,

The simplicity of this quiet open space,

You realize something feels heavy.

You look down and notice that you are holding things in your hands.

It's multiple,

What appears to be almost invisible,

But they look like glass spheres.

Individual ones.

Some are just a bit larger.

Some are small,

But still heavy.

But you're holding so many in your hands.

These are the burdens that you have been carrying.

Responsibilities that aren't fully yours.

Expectations that have been placed on you.

And worries that don't belong in this moment.

You don't need to analyze them now.

You don't need to understand them.

Just notice their weight.

You realize that you have the power to release them.

You don't have to hold them.

You can set them down and pick them up when needed.

One by one,

Begin setting them down.

Place them on the ground beside you.

It's a soft surface that receives them without resistance,

So you can just toss them down.

With each item you release,

Your body becomes lighter.

Exhale,

And set one down.

Exhale,

And set another one down.

Notice how your shoulders feel as they empty.

Notice the space opening in your chest.

Notice how much effort it took to carry what you've just released.

Now bring your attention to the things that you've been holding onto that don't actually matter.

The overthinking.

The pressure to have it all figured out.

The constant mental noise.

Imagine these dissolving like mist in the sunlight.

They were never meant to stay.

And now your arms are open to receive things that are truly yours.

Breathe in gently,

And as you exhale,

Allow what's unnecessary to simply drift away.

What you do still need will still be there,

But you don't have to carry it all at once.

Silently repeat with your breath,

I release what no longer serves me.

I am allowed to rest.

I do not have to hold everything.

Now imagine a soft warm light beginning to glow inside your chest.

It doesn't demand anything from you.

It simply exists.

It's meant to be there.

This light fills the space created by what you've released.

Not with pressure,

But with ease.

It spreads through your body,

Warming your shoulders,

Your belly,

Your hands.

You are supported here.

You are more than enough,

Exactly as you are.

Rest in this light for a few quiet breaths.

There is nothing else required of you right now in this moment.

When you feel ready,

Begin to bring awareness back to your body,

The surface beneath you,

The natural rhythm of your breath,

And gently,

Slowly open your eyes.

You can return to this reset any time.

The ground will always hold what you choose to set down.
