I offer this meditation as someone who is constantly in search of deeper understanding, though I know this journey can sometimes feel both essential and draining. There is no single "right" path to healing, and life often feels like a hall of mirrors, with our perceptions constantly shifting and evolving. The key may lie in the simple act of allowing ourselves to receive support, remembering that we are never truly alone. I’ve woven some of my own insights into music into this meditation, and I would be deeply grateful to hear your thoughts and reflections.

Hello,

Beloved.

Oftentimes,

Life can feel like an endless loop.

Same problems,

But with different faces,

In different spaces,

In different places.

Life can feel like one is walking through a hall of mirrors and perception is ever-growing and changing.

This is about escaping black and white thinking,

Right or wrong beliefs.

And sometimes it's just about looking at the bigger picture that we can't always see.

Like how could this melodic pattern get more interesting,

More better?

Which is subjective.

Everyone's better is different.

But isn't it so beautiful once you add a second piano?

A different way to look at the same melody.

And although sometimes life can feel like it's dragging,

It can be quite beautiful.

But it's always better when we accept support.

Three flutes sound better than just one flute.

So maybe the answer of getting out of the loop is about uniting with one another,

Being honest and open and loving and tolerant of one another,

Working together.

You are not alone.

And maybe we just need to hear the same thing over and over again in different ways until we understand the same melodic pattern right here,

Right now,

In the same saxophone that was once flute.

The same but different.

Oftentimes the answer is right in front of us,

But gentle repetition is necessary for us to understand that life is not so one way or another.

Another way to look at the melody,

But this time with human voice.

So you get the point.

Sometimes we can always be trying to search for the best answer,

The next best thing.

After all,

We live in a consumerist society that tells us more things than we realize.

That tells us more things,

More love,

More peace,

More home,

More money,

More friends is going to bring us what we need to feel comfortable,

Happy,

Joyful,

And free.

But maybe it's about accepting all that we have and simply enhancing it.

Being grateful for all that we have and not needing to reach out of ourselves for the next best thing.

The next happiest place,

The next better opportunity,

The next bigger financial blessing.

Maybe it's in accepting the journey.

Accepting the journey for what it is.

A series of events that are forever evolving and changing.

Not maybe by occurrences,

But by perception.

So I am here to tell you,

It is okay for you to change your mind.

You do not have to be certain over everything and anything.

But you can simply observe what is happening in front of me.

What is life trying to teach me?

Am I even participating in a lesson?

Or is it simply just another experience and opportunity to grow?

Now,

I'm not telling you to be toxically positive.

Like when your house is on fire,

You say,

Well,

This is an opportunity in the dead of winter for me to be warm.

No,

Run to the street,

Get safe,

Save yourself.

And maybe when your house is burnt down to the floor with ashes and nothing left to salvage,

You can say,

I will get through this with support.

I will get through this with love.

I will get through this with faith.

I will get through this with trust.

But I will also allow space for me to feel my feelings.

For me to move through the experience.

I don't have to know the bigger picture.

I don't have to have catastrophic thinking or worry.

If I do,

That is okay.

It is a sign that I am human.

So that being said,

I hope you enjoyed this meditation,

This pep talk.

And I know that I may not know you physically,

Know you enough to fully confirm in your spirit that I love you.

But I want you to know that you are loved.

You are loved.

And there is somebody here that believes in you,

That believes that you are capable of living a life of joy and serenity.

Really,

Serenity is the ultimate gift in life.

It's tied to acceptance.

I wish you a beautiful life,

A beautiful day.

Talk soon.
