Welcome.
Namaste.
Settle yourself into a nice and comfortable position.
Sitting upright with your spine extended,
Your shoulders slightly rolled back.
Rest your hands on your lap and gently close your eyes.
And let's start by taking a few deep relaxing breaths.
Breathing in through the nose,
Holding at the top for a moment,
And then breathing out through the mouth.
And as you continue to take these deep breaths,
Turn into the physical sensation in your body.
Feeling the chest rising and falling with each breath.
And as you focus on the soft flow of your breath,
Allow your body to relax.
With every exhale,
Release all tension and stress out of your body.
And now,
Allowing the breath to be soft and natural.
You are breathing evenly.
And as you let go of the control of the breath,
You let go of all the tension.
Your face is relaxed.
Your neck is relaxed.
Your shoulders are relaxed.
Your arms,
Your hands,
And your chest are relaxed.
Your belly,
Your pelvis,
And your hips are relaxed.
Your legs and your feet are relaxed.
Feel your whole body is at peace.
The gentle breath is bringing relaxation to your whole body.
Your body is receiving the restorative,
Peaceful energy of your breath.
A constant balance between chakras promotes health and a sense of well-being.
If the chakras are unbalanced or if the energies are blocked,
The basic life force will be slowed down.
You may experience fatigue,
Depression,
Stress,
And tension in your body.
The sacral chakra is associated with emotions,
Creativity,
And feelings of sensitivity.
This chakra is located just below the navel,
Right in the of your lower belly.
This chakra allows us to experience intimate pleasures and love in a free and wholesome manner.
Other feelings that are associated with a healthy and balanced sacral are honesty,
Non-judgment,
And living fearlessly and fearlessly.
Signs of an imbalanced sacral chakra include a negative mood such as anger,
Isolation,
Loneliness,
Detachment,
Low libido,
And lack of creative inspiration.
Now gently shift your attention to the sacral chakra located in your lower belly and notice a bright orange colored light begin to turn into a bud of flower.
As each petal opens,
The flower reveals a ball of orange spining energy in its center.
As the chakra opens,
The fairy orange light permeates your inner body.
As you breathe,
Begin to imagine your breath as the ocean's waves.
Each inhalation pulls the waves to the shore and each exhalation drops the waves back into the sea.
And although your body is still,
The breath never stops moving.
And as you continue to breathe like this,
Picture any stuck emotional energy being washed over and through your body,
Cleaning you from inside out.
And after this practice,
Continue to attend to your sacral chakra,
Allowing the energy to flow freely so you can live with vitality.
Meditation and relaxation is a powerful tool in restoring balance in the sacral chakra,
Maintaining a healthy diet,
Nourishing your body with nutritious foods,
Turning into your emotional state and being fully aware of your experience.
Notice in what brings you joy and fulfillment in life and allowing yourself to immerse in those experience with an open heart.
Balance is truly created when we develop an appreciation of the simple things that bring us satisfaction.
And over time,
Simple things may grow to encompass deeply saturated pleasures.
And now I will say some affirmations that you can repeat quietly to yourself after me or simply listen.
I accept the flow of life.
I use my energy for creative expression.
I am free to express my emotions in a healthy way.
I honor my sensual expression.
My creativity flows effortlessly.
You can repeat these words.
I accept the flow of life.
I use my energy for creative expression.
I am free to express my emotions in a healthy way.
I honor my sensual expression.
My creativity flows effortlessly.
And slowly begin to come back in your surroundings.
Concentrate your surroundings.
Back it into our body.
Feel the surface beneath you.
Feel the clouds,
Clothes on your body.
Then slowly become aware of your breath once more.
And when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
