Coherence Biofeedback Meditation Welcome to the Coherence Biofeedback Meditation.
This is a powerful practice to help you move in and out of coherence,
Which you can start applying in your daily life.
Like all energy work,
We begin by grinding our body's energy,
By taking three deep breaths to the grind.
As you breathe in through your nose,
Imagine a beautiful light flowing in through the top of your head,
Filling every cell of your body with this brilliant light.
Hold your breath for a moment and let your body soak up this light.
When you breathe out through your mouth,
And as you do,
Visualize that light shooting down your spine and out of your tailbone,
Deep into the earth,
Grinding you.
Repeat this process for two more breaths,
In through your nose,
Allowing the light to flow through your groin,
Filling every part of your body,
And then out through your mouth,
Grounding that light deep into the earth.
Once you feel grounded,
We'll move into coherence.
To do this,
Think of a real or imagined moment when you felt pure love,
Peace and joy,
A time when everything felt right in this world.
Place yourself in that scene as if it's happening right now in the first person.
This means you're not watching yourself.
You are in that moment,
Fully experiencing it.
As you immerse yourself in this memory,
Notice how your body feels.
You might feel a lightness in your chest or a sense of ease throughout your body.
This is coherence.
Take a moment to absorb this feeling.
This is what I call the emotional frequency code.
Next,
Let's explore the opposite state.
Think about something that has been stressing you,
Something that's been bothering or worrying you.
You don't need to imagine yourself in that situation in the first person because your body already knows that state very well.
Notice how your body feels as you focus on that stress.
Maybe there is tightness in your belly,
Your chest or even your jaw.
This is what it feels like to be out of coherence.
We often don't realize this when we are caught in our stress,
But now you can compare how your body feels in this lower frequency state.
Now let's return to coherence.
You can go back to that original joyful scenario or imagine a new one.
Take your time to get there and if needed,
Take a few grinding breaths to help you come back to your body.
As you imagine yourself in the joyful moment,
Notice the sensation in your body.
Perhaps your shoulders relax or you feel lighter in your chest.
Let's shift back to that constricted state one more time.
Think about that stressful thing again or something new that's been on your mind.
Your body will quickly react,
Shifting into that state of tension and stress.
Just observe how your body feels.
This is natural and we are not judging it.
We are simply noticing what it feels like to be out of coherence.
Once again,
Let's move back into coherence.
Ground yourself with deep breaths if you need.
Breathe in through your nose,
Visualizing that light flowing into your system and breathe out through your mouth,
Grinding it into the earth.
Imagine that joyful scenario again,
Placing yourself in the first place.
Feeling that love,
Peace and joy.
Pause for a few moments,
Allowing yourself to fully bathe in this coherent state.
Notice how it feels to be in this alignment,
With your heart and mind working together in harmony.
As you stay here,
Continue practicing.
The more you practice this coherence biofeedback,
The more naturally your body will learn to move into coherence from any state,
Even stressful.
Over time,
Your body will know what to do without much of a thought.
So stay in this beautiful coherent state for the next few moments.
And when you're ready,
Gently bring you back.
