Find a quiet,

Comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes and take a deep,

Calming breath in.

Hold it for a moment and then release it slowly,

Letting go of any tension in your body.

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a serene,

Vibrant forest.

The air is fresh and cool,

Filled with the gentle scent of pine and earth.

The sunlight filters softly through the canopy above,

Creating golden patterns on the forest floor.

With each step,

Feel the ground beneath your feet,

Soft moss,

Fallen leaves,

And the solid earth supporting you.

You hear the gentle rustle of leaves and the distant sound of flowing water guiding you deeper into this sacred,

Peaceful space.

As you walk,

The sound of water grows clearer.

You come upon a sparkling stream winding gently through the forest.

The water is crystal clear,

Glistening in the sunlight,

And its soft,

Soothing sounds invites you closer.

Take a moment to observe the beauty of this place.

Notice the smooth stones in the stream bed,

The coolness of the water as it flows,

And the energy of the forest embracing you.

Gently step into the stream,

Feeling the cool,

Refreshing water wash over your feet.

It's as if the stream recognizes you,

Welcoming you in with its healing touch.

As you stand in the stream,

Imagine all the energies,

Emotions,

Vibrations you've picked up from other people,

Situations,

Or places gathering on the surface of your skin.

You may visualize these as gray or muddy layers,

Sticky and heavy.

Feel the water gently pulling these energies away.

With each breath,

The stream flows stronger around your feet,

Carrying away anything that does not belong to you.

Watch as all the greenness dissolves and flows downstream,

Disappearing into the distance.

Allow the cleansing to go deeper.

Imagine the stream's energy rising,

Flowing over your legs,

Your torso,

Your arms,

And your head,

Washing away all lingering negativity and stuck energy.

As it flows,

It clears your aura,

Leaving you feeling light,

Clear,

And renewed.

With each exhale,

Release anything you no longer need into the water.

With each inhale,

Draw in the pure revitalizing energy of the stream and the forest around you.

Once the water has cleansed you,

Feel yourself grounding into the earth through your feet.

The forest around you offers its energy freely,

Calm,

Balanced,

And harmonious.

Imagine the vibrant green of the leaves filling your heart with peace.

The sunlight warms your soul,

And the gentle flow of the stream leaves you feeling refreshed and light.

Now step out of the stream onto the soft earth.

Take a moment to thank the stream and the forest for their healing presence.

Feel their energy lingering within and around you,

Protecting and uplifting you.

And when you're ready,

Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath and your body.

You can wiggle your fingers and your toes and open your eyes.

Say silently or out loud,

I release all that is not mine to carry.

I am cleansed,

Clear,

And filled with light.
