Whole Body Tapping is an amazing practice that can help reduce your pain perception and improve emotional regulation. During whole body tapping we are growing our somatosensory cortex. By stimulating each tissue, it grows that part in the brain. I encourage you to listen to your body. Sometimes your body needs very light stimulation and others you can enjoy a vigorous tapping practice! Smile, breathe, tap, and feel grateful and love for your body. Feel grateful for what your body CAN do!

Now stand up if you feel like that's good for you today.

If not,

You can stay seated.

We're gonna take it up into our jumping.

Let's go,

Hey!

So,

Your feet are grounded into the floor.

Feel supported by the earth as you let everything just drop into the earth.

Take a deep breath in.

Let it go.

You are connected and grounded.

And let's start by tapping our bellies.

Okay,

So just right below your belly button.

This is the best place to tap because it improves our physical fire.

So just take a moment and say,

Thank you belly for all that you do for me.

I'm sending healing,

Loving energy into you to grow my physical power to be healthy and happy.

And now,

We're gonna tap every little part of our bodies and tell every little part of our body that we love it.

And then we're gonna tap our body.

Every little part of our body that we love it,

That we're so,

So grateful for it.

And I want you to really bring the feeling of gratitude deep into your brain and into your body.

Ready?

Let's bring our hands up.

We'll start with our head.

Here we go.

And my head.

I love my head,

I love my head.

So you love your head.

Tell your head you love it.

I love my head,

So I love my head.

I love my head,

My home.

So,

It's well.

Find any little place that's tender and spend a little time loving that spot.

And by doing this,

You're growing that part within your brain,

Which reduces your pain and improves your joy to the face of my face.

I love my face,

I love my face.

Do you love your face?

I bet you love your face too.

I love my face.

And my jaw.

My whole self is well.

Underneath the eyes,

On that little bone.

Go ahead and grab that spot.

Thank you.

And go to your jaw.

Find the tender spots on your jaw.

I love my jaw.

Thank you for allowing me to eat that delicious food I did today.

Thank you for allowing me to speak and communicate with those I love.

My whole self is well.

And to the throat.

I love my throat,

I love my throat.

Do you love your throat?

Tell you don't you love it,

So.
