Let's begin with a new awesome meditation practice.

Practicing positive thoughts and emotions is useful,

But it is inefficient and sometimes superficial if we don't first find our zero point.

Join me in a practice that helps you clear your mind to come back to your zero point and to deepen your meditation practice.

Start by sitting up tall and straight,

Perhaps sitting on a cushion to elevate your hips above your knees.

Put one hand on your upper chest and elevate your chest towards the ceiling.

Place your other hand on your chin and slightly allow your chin to draw back towards your ear bones.

If you feel this in your upper back,

Then you are practicing good posture.

Try to keep it,

But allow for about 10% of relaxation in your posture.

Let's do a meditation to come back to our center to unclutter our minds.

Start by taking three deep breaths,

Really bringing the air into our bodies,

Remembering that we have a body.

Deeply in and exhale out.

Inhale and let it go.

Exhale.

And last time,

Expand inward.

And exhale.

Picture a large screen in your mind.

This is the screen you view life through.

This is the space where your thoughts and emotions run around and play,

Constantly filling your screen with images,

Stories and emotions.

Let's unwind and undress the clutter that flows into our mind screen.

Let's refresh our minds and ground ourselves in our zero point.

Clear your mind screen.

First,

Picture your mind screen.

What messages and scenes run across it?

Start by wiping away anything apparent that you don't need.

Dissolve this unnecessary clutter.

Clear your mind screen.

Now see all of your tasks,

All the things you have to do and all the things that you have done.

See all these tasks that fill up your mind screen.

Can you allow them to fade and fizzle one by one,

Taking with them any emotion they held with them?

All of your tasks dissolving.

Clear your mind screen.

Now allow yourself to let go of responsibility.

Right now,

There is nothing you need to worry about.

There's nothing you need to do.

Don't worry about doing anything in this moment.

Clear any weight of responsibility off of your mind screen and allow yourself to just hear your breath.

Let go.

Clear your mind screen.

Let go of your relationships.

Let go of being a son or a daughter.

Let go of being a friend or a neighbor.

Erase the webs and links and allow yourself to be one with everything by being attached to nothing.

Clear your mind screen.

And now I want you to work to clear your person off of your mind screen.

Clear away what you do,

How you are,

Who you are,

Your charms,

Your strengths,

Your weaknesses,

Your failures.

Allow all of your feelings,

All of the categories of who you think you are,

Who you've been to fizzle and fade.

Become just a heartbeat,

A pulse,

A warm body and its resounding energy.

You are only breath.

Let the rest of yourself go.

Clear yourself and the image of yourself from your mind screen.

Clear your mind screen.

Listen to your breath and if your mind starts to wonder,

Simply think,

Clear your mind screen to bring you back to practice coming into your zero point.

Clear your mind screen.

Clear your mind screen.

Clear your mind screen.

Clear your mind screen.

Clear your mind screen.

Clear your mind screen.

Clear your mind screen.

Clear your mind screen.

Clear your mind screen.

Clear your mind screen.

Clear your mind screen.
