Hello and welcome to this meditation to receive divine nourishment.

My name is Beth and I will be guiding you.

So please find for yourself a comfortable position.

You're welcome to either be seated in a chair or the floor or perhaps you choose to lie down.

Just make sure that whatever position you choose,

Your back can be straight and you can be comfortable throughout our meditation.

As you settle in,

Allow the body to adjust itself for comfort.

If you notice any areas of tension or contraction,

Bring the awareness there as well as the breath to help let go and make space.

Let's talk for a moment about divine nourishment.

Many of us in fact are starving for divine nourishment and in recognition that something needs to change.

There can be multiple reasons for this.

Perhaps you feel separate and alone or anxious or depressed.

These are all signs of lack of connection to source.

This meditation is about giving you the space to allow change.

It's about helping you open to receive divine nourishment.

It doesn't matter necessarily what particular faith you may follow or whether you have no faith at all.

You are divine.

To receive and feed on divine nourishment,

It only requires one thing.

Open to receive.

You don't have to know what you're receiving.

You don't have to understand what you're receiving.

You don't even have to believe in what you are receiving.

Simply stop,

Open,

And be willing.

Be willing to let the veils of separation drop.

Be willing to show up for yourself and remember who you are.

Now,

Divine nourishment might not solve all your problems overnight.

It might not even be readily apparent the moment the meditation ends.

But I guarantee you it will have an impact somewhere,

Somehow,

In your life.

So be looking for it.

Divine nourishment comes from an unnameable,

Indescribable source far beyond the capacity of the human mind to comprehend.

But if we're quiet,

And still,

And willing,

We might just be able to open enough to receive some beautiful glimmer,

Sign,

Or symbol that we are indeed being fed.

It might show up as a light,

Or a change in temperature,

Or a sound,

Or an unexpected smile arising on your face,

Or in your heart.

We'll remain now in silence together.

Stay open,

Trust,

And receive.

We're now coming to the end of our meditation.

Take your time to stretch if you wish,

Or run your fingers through your hair,

Or take a deep breath before opening your eyes.

Notice how you feel now,

And remember to seek the signs of change.

Thank you for joining me today.

That ends this meditation.
